Years ago, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and I was on a quest to heal myself with the help of an herbalist and others in the natural health industry. While succeeding in ridding myself of the tumor, I was not able to restore the energy that I once had. Brain Wave Vibration has been amazing for me! I have noticed a major increase in my energy, and now only sleep 5-6 hours most nights. I have a renewed sense of vitaility and a desire to do more. The biggest benefit is that I am better able to cope with the many stresses that I have in my life. And believe me, I have some incredibly difficult people in my life that just won’t go away. I do not become ruffled by the people and events that used to get under my skin. I can forsee that Brain Wave Vibration is a therapy that I will continue to use for the rest of my life.

dahncenter Hope for Colon Cancer Suvivor
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter One never knows where life will take you or what obstacles in life you have to face. In the early Fall of 2006, at the age of 50, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer and its repercussions. Six months later, destiny led me into the doorway of a new beginning. Yoga as I knew it just meant another type of vigorous exercise program. What my daughter Abby introduced me to was not only exercise for the body, but it was exercise for the whole body (mind, body and spirit). I vigorously and enthusiastically attended the Dahn Yoga program at the Henderson, Nevada center, and still do to-date. The benefits I have witnessed and attest to are real. I have discovered freedom from the enslaved life of illness. My illness flowed into my mind and spirit and I became a dormant (dead) living person. As an Active Teacher and independent Mother of four, I felt useless to the world until I discovered Brain Wave Vibration (BWV). I learned BWV simply by rotating my head side to side and front to back from my brain stem. It initially opened up energy vibration and stimulated the left and right brain lobes. Eventually, the energy that is flowing envelopes my whole body and the colossal, bright and radiant energy entering my body becomes mine and no one else’s. What I witness every time I do BWV is a euphoric unexplainable feeling. Its almost like the beginning of a new life for me. I can testify to pure, self-discovery of my own body. Well into my fourth month, I remember a jolt of energy reaping into my abdomen and I felt some muscle sensation. Even now, I feel great! I work with my daily stresses, my body is less tight, I¡¯m no longer fighting off depression, my muscles feel toned and refined, and I no longer feel fatigued and listless. My mind is alert and my memory skills are quick, as well as those for thinking and decision making. I no longer stress out with enduring headaches, and most of all I feel joy and happiness. I am calm and aware of my body, mind, and spirit. It is a must to continue BWV. I recommend it to the whole Universe.

Brain Wave Vibration can change your life
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter After living in many different countries for the last ten years, I arrived in Beaverton, Oregon from Shanghai. Although it has been a life of great adventure and challenges, I had not looked after my body and general health as well as I should have. Before I knew about brain wave vibration, I had my gall bladder removed, chronic gastritis, and lower back pain for many years, and it took a lot of effort each day to just keep the energy I needed. I was often very tired. I now practice Brain Wave Vibration every day and openly share it with those I work with as they have seen a drastic change in me. I take no medication and feel much happier and calm most of the time. Brain Wave Vibration helps your brain stop thinking, which we can do too much of these days. I did not realise I was thinking so much until I stopped. My lower back pain is getting much better and my back is getting stronger. I have developed strength in areas I did not know existed
. I have done many sports, yoga, and other activities through the years and this is the most effective way I have experienced to heal your body. I strongly suggest trying Brain Wave Vibration if you are thinking of giving up or have intense, chronic pain as I had. This is a simple, natural place to start no matter which walk or stage of life you are in. You only need to be able to gently shake your head from side to side and/or up and down. The rest follows…..

Newbie to Dahn Yoga
December 16th, 2009
dahncenter I really do not have much of a story. I have only recently been learning Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration from Miss Lee for about 3 weeks now. I can say it was nothing like I would have expected and I was a bit leery of the shaking and tapping of the body. I have several soft tissue damage areas in my neck and back. I was afraid at first that it may not be good for me, but to this point after 3 weeks of classes and personal healing sessions with Miss Lee, I have not noticed any extra damage to these areas. It has not stopped the pain completely, and I do not expect it will. I have had these injuries for about 8 years. What I can say though is it has improved flexibility in my damaged areas. Also, one other thing of note is that the people who attend and teach these classes are very happy and friendly people. I have never been one to be outgoing, but I have been told that since I have been attending the classes that I appear more bright ,cheerful, and energetic. I take these compliments at face value even though they are coming not only from my instructors and fellow students, but other people I meet and Western Medicine Doctors I have seen since starting Dahn Yoga. I can say this, I have noticed an increase seemingly in my own energy and reserves. If anything Dahn Yoga helps promote good and healthy living. It keeps your mind as well as your body reminded of what you can attain. How much better you can live and feel everyday. My ultimate goal is to attain a stillness of my inner being and to keep humility in my day to day actions and heart. I thank Miss Lee and all the other instructors for this opportunity to improve myself, and in so doing perhaps encourage others to improve themselves. Let the water fall begin to where everyone wants to improve themselves and others around them spiritually, mentally and physically without prejudice, coercion or compulsion. Just the want, the desire, to improve yourself and the world around you for others, as well as yourself, is I believe the first step to a new beginning for us all.

The Nose Knows

dahncenter “I had lost my sense of smell from an accident. Traumatic brain injury in 1981. Since then, I have had zero sense of smell. I have been doing Brain Wave Vibration for approximately two months. I was walking up to the door and it just started to rain. You know that wonderful, subtle smell of when it just starts to rain? They were actually having National Cowboy Day, so two blocks away they had a corn roasting stand and I could just smell the corn roasting. And they were having fake shoot outs with the guns and I could smell the flash powder they used for the guns! And then I thought, Oh My God, I can smell! And it was just wonderful! It didn’t last long, but it was there. Since then, I have on other occaions and they’re getting closer and closer and closer together. And although they’re fleeting, a moment or so, I do have faith that eventually I will regain my full sense of smell. If its there hiding, the brain wave vibration has brought it out. That’s just one instance of how it has really, really healed my body.”

Dahn Yoga helped me see that there is hope for improvement!
December 5th, 2009
dahncenter I have been going to Dahn Yoga only for a month and see a significant improvement in my physical condition.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, a disc replacement and fusion in my neck and two herniated discs in my thoracic area. I have just about given up when it seemed by divine intervention I picked up a pamphlet at my hair salon and said what the heck I have tried everything else including surgery, acupuncture, physical therapy, injections and meds. As I return to my Doctors appointments for follow up I get the same question WHAT ARE YOU DOING? But they give me some western medicine excuse (that couldn’t help.) I have been suffering for 7 years and done everything they told me but what they told me didn’t work. I feel blessed and relieved to have found Master Cho and Gina in Las Vegas NV they truly have helped me when everybody told me there was no hope for improvement. I look forward to going everyday and feel more relaxed, happy, peaceful, less depressed as well as having improved mobility. I have already gone through the Shim Sung workshop and hope to do more with the center in the future.
Sincerely,
Barbara Bass
Better Than Weight Watchers!
December 5th, 2009
dahncenter I’m new at the yoga class that I started about two weeks ago. I had attended yoga classes in the past but it was so long ago. I retired from the Federal government in 2005 and had double knee replacement (same day) a month later. What a difference that made in my life. I opened a construction company and learned a lot over the next three years. I remembered how good I felt at my first yoga session in Vienna, Virginia. Everyone there was so very nice in the evening classes. Over the past few months I realized that my lower back was beginning to bother me. Almost the same pain I experienced years ago in my knees but it is arthritis of the spine now.
I started Weight Watchers about two months ago and realized that I needed some form of exercise along with new food choices. I can’t run or walk very far, even grocery shopping will make me sweat from pain. My gym doesn’t have water aerobics classes so I found the brochure on Dahn Yoga. I drove to rolling road in Springfield, Virginia and met with Hyun. He has been wonderful. The all ladies classes at 10:00 during the week are very fun. I go three days a week.
I have noticed that going to class is still an effort for me but once I’m there I feel like I’m doing something positive for myself. I still sweat all during the class, can’t participate in all of the exercises, and I am ready to leave when the class is over. BUT, I feel better and better during the day. I feel stretching pain in the class but it seems to make the rest of the day more productive.
I am continuing to do better each class and feel better every day. I’m not sure it yoga is an exercise but I love the way I feel and the pounds are coming off too.
Thank you for the opportunity to share these feelings with you,
