I got a “hole in one”!

I joined Dahn Yoga in Tempe, Arizona, on April 1, 2009. I hadn’t heard about Dahn Yoga before I joined, I signed up for one month, since I would be leaving the first part of May. I was asked to write down goals that I would like to achieve through the training. I attended classes 5 days a week and signed up for extra weekend trainings; The Chun Hwa Shimsung class and Brain Education Class. The entire experience with Dahn Yoga was very enlightening, it made me more aware of myself and my days are more focused and accomplished.

My goals included:
Gain Flexibility
Self Awareness
Lose Weight
Improve my golf game
Be healthier
Be happier

After one month with Dahn Yoga, all my goals have been improved and much more.
I am more flexible, I am not as sore and the stretches are not as painful.
I am more open, content, outgoing, confident, self assured, more peaceful and happier
I have lost 10 pounds, without being on a diet.
I got a “Hole In One” in golf, 9 days after joining Dahn Yoga, instead of hoping for boogie golf, I am now hitting more birdies and pars and thinking Par golf. My thinking has completely changed on the golf course.
