Now I can focus on the present!

I have noticed a major shift in myself since I began doing Dahn/Tao yoga one and a half years ago, about 4 times a week. Not only am I stronger and more flexible, but also I have learned to stay much more focused in the present. As a result, I also feel more peaceful, joyful and confident in myself. The yoga instructors are very welcoming and at a high spiritual level with lots of positive good energy. The workshops that are offered, and the private sessions have been very beneficial to my growth as well.

Great appreciation for Dahn Yoga

I am from Syosset Center. We have a new JWJN named Master Oh. He is a senior master. Since I have been a member for 9 years, Master Oh gives training like when I first began and loved Dahn Yoga. His classes are strong and great. I think the masters should give training like him.

Master Oh’’s training focuses on your mind, dahnjon, and smiling and loving yourself. I got laid off from my job in October, and I have been going to classes everyday. I found because I have shoulder pain and hip discomfort and energy blockages this is related to each other. I didn’t know that. I am improving day by day due to Master Oh’s wonderful exercises and training. Today, I felt so deeply relaxed I began to see colors during my dahn mu exercise of purple. The more I focused on the purple color the bigger it got and stronger it got.
