Deep Brain Wave Vibration experience

This morning I went to my Brain Wave Vibration class and had a breakthrough. I was able to hold posture number four of the Dahn Yoga Energy Breathing sequence for more than a couple of seconds. This time I held that posture for a couple of minutes, and I was not expecting to be able to do that today. It was a miracle, but before we did posture number four, my legs were vibrating when doing posture number two, and I felt like I had a lot of energy and I could do it for a long time. After that we did the Brain Wave Vibration part of class. When I was lying down doing it, shaking and tapping my body, I felt my body very deeply. As I was shaking, bouncing, and tapping, I felt tension in the area of my liver and and energy blockage on my right knee. I kept moving faster and the tension in those areas decreased tremendously, almost as if they had disappeared. My lower abdomen became very warm, and I felt that warmth coming from my lower back area. During this time my head felt cool, and as I was shaking my head left and right I felt the cool energy come up from my back all the way to the top of my head. I started shaking more wildly and bouncing and shaking my legs and the energy continued to flow through my right knee and it felt like it was breaking the blockage. I focused very well on my body today, and I loved my body with a much higher love. More than I ever have before. I am becoming the master of my body. With regard to my body, this week I was able to get up and out of bed and go to every class and every training. I usually have to work on Saturdays, but this time I had the morning free. The weeks before I had had a lot of trouble getting out of bed because of soreness, but this week I was able to get up with no problem. I feel like I am ready to take more action and move instead of freezing, thinking, and feeding my ego. My awareness has reached a new level and I am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sitting Straighter

I start the special 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training at my Dahn Yoga center with a lot of tension around my shoulder and neck. The ankle that I had sprained seriously in 2006 also bothered me still. After the first week of training, I could feel my neck had loosened. I could do sleeping tiger posture better in my Dahn Yoga classes. During the second week, I could feel energy flowing around the back of my head. This was a very amazing experience. It seems like my brain became more sensitive. During the third week, my big toe was painful but also felt stronger. My spine straightened automatically during meditation time and my energy circulation became healthier. I cleared lots of stagnant energy. I’m very grateful for this great training.

Unexpected Benefits

My first goal was to minimize or eliminate chronic headache problems that I was having, as well as some back pain, and I can say that the headaches are fewer and not as strong as they used to be. So, I’ve been able to use less medication, which is a great relief. But in addition to that, I’ve also gained more flexibility in my back and legs and neck. It was a benefit that I didn’t expect, but I’m really enjoying that. Sitting at a desk job all day long, that helps me to keep my stress down and have a more comfortable work life. So I’m grateful for Mind Body Yoga and I would encourage anyone who’s looking into it to at least try it, give it 3 months, and I think you’ll find a difference in just that short of time. I know I have.

Dahn Yoga Appreciation

My name is Muriyd Muhammad, I joined Dahn-yoga Center two weeks ago. Before I decided to join I was having difficulties with concentration and focusing on clearing my mind of all thoughts. Also every now and then I would experience lower back pain that would keep me up at night. One day I was given a Dahn-yoga pamphlet, so I read the information and was immediately became interested and decided to give it a try. I had a one-on-one session with a Lauren, a very nice lady. Lauren instructed me on the toe-tapping technique and it seemed to alleviate my lower-back pain. Lauren also informed me of other Dahn-Jon techniques for clearing the mind and focusing within myself and not on the outside. Along with the numerous classes that Dahn-yoga provides, I can truly say the past two weeks have been a blessing. I feel more energetic, I have more control of my breathing, my lower-back pain had subsided, and I can better clear my mind now and meditate without some many thoughts racing through my mind. And just to think this was accomplished with only two weeks joining Dahn-yoga center. I can’t wait to see what the future brings interims of self-healing and healing of others.
