I’ve been doing Brain Wave Vibration for a little over a year and almost every day for the past six months. Usually it helps me relax and clear my mind, allowing new ideas to pop up for things I should do.
I’m a fairly healthy person, but once in a while I get a headache or a cold and I hate to treat myself with medication.
