When I first started Brain Wave Vibration (BWV), it intrigued me. Our instructor suggested forming a goal prior to starting the exercise. So, I immediately decided to set something I didn’t think would work: getting out of bed in the morning on time. Well, to my surprise, it did work. Not only do I get out of bed on time, I actually wake up BEFORE the radio comes on. With such amazing success, I do Brain Wave Vibration much more often and with greater focus than before. Immediately on starting BWV, I now feel a surge of energy, then relaxation throughout my whole body. What a stress reliever! Whenever I start getting uptight, like in traffic or worrying about being late, I have a tool that eases my anxiety. Today, I’m more relaxed and I’m looking forward to the next benefit I’ll find from BWV. BWV’s proved to be a real and delightful adventure.

My Brain Wave Vibration Evolution

dahncenter Inspired by Anne
December 16th, 2009
dahncenter I attend Dahn Yoga center in Henderson, Nevada under the instruction of the center’s awesome Head Instructor. I have had the pleasure to see the progress with Ana’s daughter with Retts Syndrome (a must see video). Brain Wave Vibration has helped me gain mental, physical and spiritual strength in a short amount of time. It has opened me up to a whole new world of healing one’s own discomforts, pains and illnesses through changing the pattern of the brain. By creating new changes to the brain I can feel the difference in how my brain stem, when in better connection with my body and soul, can make a sizeable difference in the way I feel, and the way my body responds to all of life’s energy. Being a breast cancer survivor I am happy to say that, in my 44 years of life, I have never felt better since I have been attending Dahn Yoga and studying Brain Wave Vibration. Special THANKS to ALL that have taught me and to Ilchi Lee himself.

Deep Brain Wave Vibration experience
December 16th, 2009
dahncenter This morning I went to my Brain Wave Vibration class and had a breakthrough. I was able to hold posture number four of the Dahn Yoga Energy Breathing sequence for more than a couple of seconds. This time I held that posture for a couple of minutes, and I was not expecting to be able to do that today. It was a miracle, but before we did posture number four, my legs were vibrating when doing posture number two, and I felt like I had a lot of energy and I could do it for a long time. After that we did the Brain Wave Vibration part of class. When I was lying down doing it, shaking and tapping my body, I felt my body very deeply. As I was shaking, bouncing, and tapping, I felt tension in the area of my liver and and energy blockage on my right knee. I kept moving faster and the tension in those areas decreased tremendously, almost as if they had disappeared. My lower abdomen became very warm, and I felt that warmth coming from my lower back area. During this time my head felt cool, and as I was shaking my head left and right I felt the cool energy come up from my back all the way to the top of my head. I started shaking more wildly and bouncing and shaking my legs and the energy continued to flow through my right knee and it felt like it was breaking the blockage. I focused very well on my body today, and I loved my body with a much higher love. More than I ever have before. I am becoming the master of my body. With regard to my body, this week I was able to get up and out of bed and go to every class and every training. I usually have to work on Saturdays, but this time I had the morning free. The weeks before I had had a lot of trouble getting out of bed because of soreness, but this week I was able to get up with no problem. I feel like I am ready to take more action and move instead of freezing, thinking, and feeding my ego. My awareness has reached a new level and I am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I can’t live without it
December 10th, 2009
dahncenter joined Dahn Yoga!!! Now what do I do??? Do I really have to go? But I paid for it!
What if I don’t feel any stagnant energy leaving my body?
Do I really have to keep my eyes closed during meditation?
I don’t know if I like this.
I was skeptical of everything but I really did like it and I kept going back.
I initially joined in September of 2005 to become more flexible. I had the usual aches and pains and I always reported them to my doctor. My knees really hurt at times; my shoulders hurt off and on, my back hurt in the morning. Five months later, February 2006, I am pain free.
Not only did I join Dahn Yoga for a three month trial – I have now joined as a Life Time Gold Member. I go every day that I am able.
I feel stagnant energy pouring from my body.
I wouldn’t think of opening my eyes during meditation.
I can’t live without it.
And I can bend over and touch the floor
with both hands for the first time in my life.

Something I’d never experienced before
December 5th, 2009
dahncenter Hi everyone! It’s been a few years since I have had any contact with Dahn, but I just wanted to let you know that I still think that Dahn was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. When I started with Dahn, I had severe bouts of depression and was on a permanent prescription for hypothyroid. As I opened up my energy channels doing Dahn exercises and classes I grew to a new level of physical and spiritual health that I had never experienced before. Now, even years later, I am still completely free from depression, my thyroid level is normal, and I do not have to take any medications. Once that energy is moving in ones body, the benefits persist indefinitely. I now live in a town that is too far from any center, but I still do some of the exercises on my own and I hope to be more involved again in the future. I love you all and I think what you are doing for the world is great! -Margaret Sieger
Lesson Learned
December 4th, 2009
dahncenter This past summer was a very trying and challenging one, My job sent me to San Francisco and stationed me out there for three months. Three Months away from my family, friends, my things and my comfort zone. I am a corporate trainer by profession and my assignment was to be a transition manager and open staff up to change and remove resistance to new management and motivate them, which was my own main lesson to be learned out there. As completion of the task was coming to a conclusion it was very clear what the lesson was to me on a personal level.
I joined Dahn Yoga about half a year ago with a friend we wanted to try something new, little did I know at the time that participating in these classes was going to help me so much to endure the process…Well during the hardest of times when things got really tough, I looked forward to attending the classes whenever I was in town. I was coming into town (L.A.) once a week, and these classes were amazing, everytime without fail, I felt renewed with energy and peace. The instructors at Dahn Yoga are amazing and full of love and light, energy and very inspiring. I remember one night at the hotel in San Francisco I was so troubled by the pressure of things, that I sat for about an hour in the solitude of my room and started practicing brain wave vibration and I felt that ugly sensation which manifested as this heavy energy that I carried with me and it had completely overcome me…I started to feel it dicipate and leave, I got up from the floor of the hotel room were I was in half lotus and I literally walked that energy out of my room and away from my life. I don’t know how I would have done this, without the knowledge that was given to me during the Dahn Yoga sessions.
