I have been doing Brain Wave Vibration and Dahn Yoga for 3 months now. I find that I have already felt some changes, even in this short time. My long standing ankle pain has diminished – in fact, it is almost gone. I also feel more at peace and less volatile than before. My family is likely thankful for that too!

dahncenter Healing near and far
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter What I found with Brain Wave Vibration is that somehow it clears the thoughts and helps you focus. In fact, recently I have been going through difficult times. In the midst of all that I got information that my mother in India was very sick with a blockage in her intestine. She hadn’t eaten for a week and she’s 83 years old. My brother said, “Come on, we need you.” They were going to do surgery on her. So I decided to send healing energy to my mother during Brain Wave Vibration and I really got into it. What’s surprising is that 2 days later, my brother called and said, “Everything just started moving by itself.” Now she’s started eating a little bit. And that’s wonderful news.

It Doesn’t Require a Change of Clothes, Sweating, or a Class
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for over 5 years and have had a quantum leap in improvement of the experience of my life. I have used the principles from the Dahn Yoga Basics book in my work with psychotherapy patients and have seen them improve dramatically in their ability to grow through the issues they face.
Now with the new book, Brain Wave Vibration, I have a new tool in my work, and also in my personal life.
I felt this was a clear and easily read explanation of the principles underlying the benefits of vibrational exercises. Ilchi Lee used examples from many cultures that illustrate the universality of the awareness of these principles.
In my own life I am happy to have a simple, easy technique that doesn’t require a change of clothes, sweating, or a class to practice. It can be used at any time that you need the resetting of the brain. I use it when I feel myself getting emotionally caught up in a situation, or when I am beginning a project or interaction that needs a clear mind. I feel much calmer, less reactive and I am maintaining more balance.
In my work, this technique will be easy for my clients to use and add to the other Dahn exercises I have assigned them, without feeling overwhelmed.
The book is a must read for any practitioner! It will keep you from taking yourself too seriously. It is so simple, anyone can get the benefits.

Brain Wave Vibration helped me change my life
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter I felt depressed and was very unhappy. A friend of mine told me of this program and I thought I would give it a try. I started the classes three months ago and my life has changed. Brain Vibration made me happy and made me have postitve attitude and more energy. I also had problems with my kidneys and my legs always hurt. After this I no longer had problems. My legs are stronger and have no more pain. Brain Vibration made me a lot stronger and healthier. I’m very greatful for this program and I recommend this to anybody that would like a change to their life. Thank you!

Losing weight physicall and mentally
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter My reflection on the 21-day miracle Brain Wave Vibration training:
Working the 21 day miracle, I set my goal to lose 5 lbs. and to be more in sync with my deepest desire–to be one spiritually and physically, centered in my response to God in my life.
Morning and evening I am faithful to 5-10 minutes of BWV, daily chewing each bite of my food 25 times, walking on days I don’t have yoga class, and practicing yoga at home. I feel my total well-being increasing, and less pain in my knees and back. I realize again the importance of group support in reaching one’s goals. I have grown in my daily practice, and have to improve in eating well. At my age, change comes more slowly, but it is happening. And, even including the Thanksgiving Holidays, I lost 3 lbs. Yes!!

21 Day Brain Wave Vibration
January 5th, 2010
dahncenter We had a 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training at our Dahn Yoga Center in Albuquerque, NM. We each had to pick a goal that we wanted to accomplish in 21 days. My goal was to open my body + brain center in 21 days. We met early in the morning for 21 days. I was busily preparing everything during that time. On day 18 I signed up my first new member and had my first class in my center. Brain Wave Vibration is good for whatever you want. There is healing power in your brain.

Living without cobwebs in my brain.
January 5th, 2010
dahncenter When I lived in Tokyo, almost every week I visited a spa, got a message and relaxed totally — a several-hour treatment. This was how I got rid of what I call the “cobwebs” that stressful living spun in my brain to de-energize my body and cloud my mind. It was expensive, yet it worked. BUT only for a day or so. As I don’t live in Japan any more, I was thrilled to realize that doing Brain Wave Vibration training — at least once or a few times a day — produces the same basic results. Without the subtle weight of the cobwebs dragging me down, my natural healing, energy and positive attitude give me the physical and mental powers to live the vital and happy life I desire. It works, every time!

Stress Relief
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter I live in a stressful environment, working sales that rely on a fluctuating economy and managing a household with a husband, three elementary-aged children, and multiple pets. Rarely is there time or a place for me to be alone and the constant chatter and demands on my time leaves me no time for myself. My work rides home with me in my shoulders and back and my mind races, finding work and home solutions, deep into the night. Something had to be done but wasn’t sure what. My original preconception of yoga was sitting cross legged, meditating and being able to bend into pretzel shapes. That preconception and my life changed when I walked into the Henderson Center on Windmill, just minutes from home. My immediate need was basic then – a place to get away and “find myself” again.I got that – and so much more! I learned that Dahn Yoga was excercise for my body, mind and soul, something I need daily! I I love all of the classes and the more I do, the more I grow! Brain Wave Vibration is a remarkable technique that quiets my ever-talking mind and clears my thoughts. It allows peace to enter and a calm to settle over me that lets me get deeper into finding my true self. It is simple enough that I do it at work to help me relieve stress and to refocus. I taught it to my children so they can focus more on their homework and handle the stresses of their day. I showed my husband so that he can shake the pressures of the day and sleep better at night. Brain Wave Vibration is such a simple, yet effective method that I highly recommend it to everyone!

Happiness from Within
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter I would like to publicly thank Jeff at the Reseda Center for his love, compassion and genuine concern for his students. He has provided me with such a gift, and many tools to heal myself and others. By far the 21 Day Brain Wave Vibration Class has been a success for me for the following reasons: 1) I’m calmer because I become one with the Universe as I chant, “Nae Pa Jin Dong Chun ji Kiun.” 2) I have less need to worry if I do Brain Wave Vibration practice. 3) I see more beneficial ways to help myself through positive thinking knowing that I will experience some lows and highs on the emotional plane. 4) I’m happier and thankful for my life. 5) I now have confirmed the purpose of my life. 6) I notice a difference when I don’t practice. The most important part about the training is that I truly have what is known in Sanskrit as a Sangha, a sacred place where I can share my deepest concerns and really speak of the Higher Power. I am in a safe environment where I can truly see that self healing really stems (brainstem) from within, not from external forces. I am free to surrender and move as I like to release emotions. If I am to heal society in some way, this practice will give me the tools, confidence, and abilities to do just that.

Hope for Colon Cancer Suvivor
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter One never knows where life will take you or what obstacles in life you have to face. In the early Fall of 2006, at the age of 50, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer and its repercussions. Six months later, destiny led me into the doorway of a new beginning. Yoga as I knew it just meant another type of vigorous exercise program. What my daughter Abby introduced me to was not only exercise for the body, but it was exercise for the whole body (mind, body and spirit). I vigorously and enthusiastically attended the Dahn Yoga program at the Henderson, Nevada center, and still do to-date. The benefits I have witnessed and attest to are real. I have discovered freedom from the enslaved life of illness. My illness flowed into my mind and spirit and I became a dormant (dead) living person. As an Active Teacher and independent Mother of four, I felt useless to the world until I discovered Brain Wave Vibration (BWV). I learned BWV simply by rotating my head side to side and front to back from my brain stem. It initially opened up energy vibration and stimulated the left and right brain lobes. Eventually, the energy that is flowing envelopes my whole body and the colossal, bright and radiant energy entering my body becomes mine and no one else’s. What I witness every time I do BWV is a euphoric unexplainable feeling. Its almost like the beginning of a new life for me. I can testify to pure, self-discovery of my own body. Well into my fourth month, I remember a jolt of energy reaping into my abdomen and I felt some muscle sensation. Even now, I feel great! I work with my daily stresses, my body is less tight, I¡¯m no longer fighting off depression, my muscles feel toned and refined, and I no longer feel fatigued and listless. My mind is alert and my memory skills are quick, as well as those for thinking and decision making. I no longer stress out with enduring headaches, and most of all I feel joy and happiness. I am calm and aware of my body, mind, and spirit. It is a must to continue BWV. I recommend it to the whole Universe.
