My Brain Wave Vibration Evolution

When I first started Brain Wave Vibration (BWV), it intrigued me. Our instructor suggested forming a goal prior to starting the exercise. So, I immediately decided to set something I didn’t think would work: getting out of bed in the morning on time. Well, to my surprise, it did work. Not only do I get out of bed on time, I actually wake up BEFORE the radio comes on. With such amazing success, I do Brain Wave Vibration much more often and with greater focus than before. Immediately on starting BWV, I now feel a surge of energy, then relaxation throughout my whole body. What a stress reliever! Whenever I start getting uptight, like in traffic or worrying about being late, I have a tool that eases my anxiety. Today, I’m more relaxed and I’m looking forward to the next benefit I’ll find from BWV. BWV’s proved to be a real and delightful adventure.

Brain Wave Vibration improved my memory

“I love the Brain Wave Vibration Classes and doing that every morning and night. I spend a certain amount of time shaking my head or doing this kind of shaking. And I’m just clear. I’m clear during the day, when I’m at work. I remember all the things I’m supposed to remember. I find that I don’t write as many notes to myself because I know what that is and I know I’m going to remember it. It relaxes me, especially at night right before I go to bed.”
