21 Day Brain Wave Vibration

We had a 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training at our Dahn Yoga Center in Albuquerque, NM. We each had to pick a goal that we wanted to accomplish in 21 days. My goal was to open my body + brain center in 21 days. We met early in the morning for 21 days. I was busily preparing everything during that time. On day 18 I signed up my first new member and had my first class in my center. Brain Wave Vibration is good for whatever you want. There is healing power in your brain.

Awakening to True Freedom

I have been practicing Ilchi Lee’s holistic training for over 4 years. I have attended innumerable workshops and am a Mago life member. When I practice this latest exercise at my local HSP Holistic Centre (Epsom-UK), I feel closer and closer to my real self. It gives me a Freedom that connects my body and soul in a Cosmic way beyond the limitations of my physical body. It’s the perfect state of Being and Universal Consciousness. My left brain becomes harmonised with my right brain in a state of calm, peace and emptiness. In this day and age with all the turmoils and vicissitudes, it all becomes so clear in the detachment and realisation of the impermanence of everything. Every minute of everyday becomes the most precious moment I will ever live. Truly Freedom is another word for when I have nothing left to Lose!

Allergies

I am a member of the Henderson, Nevada center. I joined Dahn Yoga in August 2005. At that time, I had sinus and allergy problems. During class, when it was time to lie down and begin abdominal breathing, I had to sit against the wall because my sinuses were so clogged that I could not breathe. Now I can lie the entire time. Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration has also helped me reduce stress and increase my overall peace and happiness. It is truly a blessing.

Newbie to Dahn Yoga

I really do not have much of a story. I have only recently been learning Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration from Miss Lee for about 3 weeks now. I can say it was nothing like I would have expected and I was a bit leery of the shaking and tapping of the body. I have several soft tissue damage areas in my neck and back. I was afraid at first that it may not be good for me, but to this point after 3 weeks of classes and personal healing sessions with Miss Lee, I have not noticed any extra damage to these areas. It has not stopped the pain completely, and I do not expect it will. I have had these injuries for about 8 years. What I can say though is it has improved flexibility in my damaged areas. Also, one other thing of note is that the people who attend and teach these classes are very happy and friendly people. I have never been one to be outgoing, but I have been told that since I have been attending the classes that I appear more bright ,cheerful, and energetic. I take these compliments at face value even though they are coming not only from my instructors and fellow students, but other people I meet and Western Medicine Doctors I have seen since starting Dahn Yoga. I can say this, I have noticed an increase seemingly in my own energy and reserves. If anything Dahn Yoga helps promote good and healthy living. It keeps your mind as well as your body reminded of what you can attain. How much better you can live and feel everyday. My ultimate goal is to attain a stillness of my inner being and to keep humility in my day to day actions and heart. I thank Miss Lee and all the other instructors for this opportunity to improve myself, and in so doing perhaps encourage others to improve themselves. Let the water fall begin to where everyone wants to improve themselves and others around them spiritually, mentally and physically without prejudice, coercion or compulsion. Just the want, the desire, to improve yourself and the world around you for others, as well as yourself, is I believe the first step to a new beginning for us all.

Able to work again

The ligaments and tendons that hold my bicep in place were torn last year when doing pull-ups. Typing on the computer was very painful and I had to resign from my job. I had been out of work for about 9 months when I found the Leesburg Dahn Yoga center. I had been looking for a way to exercise without injuring myself, and I am very lucky to have found the Leesburg center. Elle, the head instructor at the center, is a marvelous healer. After the very first class I could tell that I was getting better. Now I can use the computer again, and I am working part time. I can honestly say that Dahn Yoga has saved me, not just physically but also emotionally.

Eliminating pain without medication

The first night after I learned how to do Brain Wave Vibration, I practiced it to rid myself from pain. I was asleep in bed, and had a severe muscle cramp in my right quadricep. The cramp would not go away, so I thought about taking one of my leg cramp pills. Then I thought that if I continued to rely on the pills, I would essentially be a slave to the pills because I would be dependent on them. I decided to try Brain Wave Vibration to see if it would help make the pain go away. I sat on the edge of my bed and shook my head from side to side. At the same time I imagined the pain from my legs coming up through my body and then leaving my body as I exhaled. After about five minutes, my pain in both legs was gone, and I was able to go back to sleep. I felt elated that I was able to stop pain with such a simple procedure.

Sitting Straighter

I start the special 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training at my Dahn Yoga center with a lot of tension around my shoulder and neck. The ankle that I had sprained seriously in 2006 also bothered me still. After the first week of training, I could feel my neck had loosened. I could do sleeping tiger posture better in my Dahn Yoga classes. During the second week, I could feel energy flowing around the back of my head. This was a very amazing experience. It seems like my brain became more sensitive. During the third week, my big toe was painful but also felt stronger. My spine straightened automatically during meditation time and my energy circulation became healthier. I cleared lots of stagnant energy. I’m very grateful for this great training.

Hope in the Face of Multiple Sclerosis

Through her Brain Wave Vibration classes she was able to go from having shaky legs that couldn’t balance and walking with a walker, to walking just fine on her own. Even more than that, she found a more positive attitude and a sense of hope about her life.

The Nose Knows

“I had lost my sense of smell from an accident. Traumatic brain injury in 1981. Since then, I have had zero sense of smell. I have been doing Brain Wave Vibration for approximately two months. I was walking up to the door and it just started to rain. You know that wonderful, subtle smell of when it just starts to rain? They were actually having National Cowboy Day, so two blocks away they had a corn roasting stand and I could just smell the corn roasting. And they were having fake shoot outs with the guns and I could smell the flash powder they used for the guns! And then I thought, Oh My God, I can smell! And it was just wonderful! It didn’t last long, but it was there. Since then, I have on other occaions and they’re getting closer and closer and closer together. And although they’re fleeting, a moment or so, I do have faith that eventually I will regain my full sense of smell. If its there hiding, the brain wave vibration has brought it out. That’s just one instance of how it has really, really healed my body.”

Standing Tall

“At first, I wouldn’t come off crutches for a long time, so I stayed on the crutches. Then I came off the crutches and I started limping a lot. So I was using a cane for 2 years. Last week after a Brain Wave session, I just put it down and everybody said “No cane!” And I just started walking and I balanced and everything. When I used to have to crawl to the wall to get up off of the floor. So now, Tada! Don’t get me wrong, because I’m healing naturally, it hurts because my muscles are waking up through the Brain Wave Vibration because I had to hit them. So it hurts when I’m doing it! But after a day or whatever, I can go and stretch and its great!”
