			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to back and neck pain, the only exercise I used to do was walking&#8211;with limitations because my sciatic nerve was pinched most of the time. In addition, for the last 6 months I have had plantar fasciitis in my feet which made walking very painful. Now, after guidance from our Head Instructor Ben on how to walk correctly (Jang Saeng or Vitality Walking), the pain in the soles of my feet has disappeared. And thanks to the Dahn Yoga sessions, which include Brain Wave Vibration, the sciatic nerve has not been bothering me for the last three weeks. When I first began to walk to the Dahn Yoga center, it took me 45 minutes. Now I am able to walk very briskly and the same distance takes me 25 minutes.</p>
<p>When I first started practicing I was concerned about my lack of flexibility, balance, and the coordination of my body, but as time goes by I feel more and more agile.</p>
<p>An additional benefit is that I have lost some weight and for first time in my life, controlling my weight is not a great sacrifice, since my body doesn¡¯t crave food all of the time.</p>
<p>I still have some issues with my back, but I am absolutely sure that with regular training the pain will eventually go away. This realization is perhaps the most important benefit from DahnMuDo and Brain Wave Vibration: my attitude has changed not only towards physical pain but also towards emotional pain. I am not only able to control my body better, but using a few tips I have received, I am able to control my emotions better as well.</p>
<p>Lastly but not least, I found a great group of people who share the same objectives as I do&#8211;to have a healthier and happier life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ten years ago, I was injured while helping my coworkers lift a woman who had a seizure. I ended up having neck disk surgery and a disk pin was placed in my neck. This was never comfortable, but then last year things really got bad. I suddenly started having pain all over my body, as though my entire nervous system were affected.</p>
<p>Eventually it got so bad that I could not function at work, and I was hospitalized for a while. I tried many drugs, including cortisone, but nothing helped much. Fortunately, the first day away from work, I happened to pass a Dahn Yoga Center. I had taken tai chi before and loved it, so I was interested in giving it a try. Because I was in such bad shape, I decided to take private healing sessions, which focused on Brain Wave Vibration as a healing method.</p>
<p>I experienced the benefits of Brain Wave Vibration right away. In the early stages, I felt like something was shifting in my body. I felt like my body really wanted to get better, and somehow the vibrations were helping unleash something from deep inside. With each session, I became stronger and stronger.</p>
<p>Now I am virtually pain free for the first time in a long time, and I am able to walk and enjoy my life as normal. Whenever I feel pain, all I have to do is take ten minutes to feel the rhythm of my own body. It has shifted my whole outlook on the experience of stress and pain in my body and has given me a real sense of control over these things. I think of Brain Wave Vibration as my &#8220;balancer.&#8221; Even other people have noticed how much calmer and centered I am. All in all, Brain Wave Vibration has been an awesome experience.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently completed the PBM (Power Brain Method) training for the second time. I was amazed at how much of the workshop I didn&#8217;t &#8220;get&#8221; the first time I took it. This time I expereienced the &#8216;MuAh&#8217; (emptiness/nothing) very deeply,and could feel through my whole body and mind that I am nothing, and how incredibly wonderful and actually natural that feeling is.<br />
In the process, and to get to that point, I released a lot of &#8220;junk&#8221; out of my brain using many of the methods we learned in the PBM; for the first time in 3.5 years, I am no longer holding onto something that happened between me and my husband. I have been filled with anger, and righteous indignation, and having a lot of attitudes about what he should not have done. And also, while I was releasing those emotions, I found a lot in there that I was holding towards the masters, and released them too. It was some similar emotions, they should have done some things differently than what they did, and some righteous indignation about that. And during this releasing, I started to feel my body and noticed some tensions that I have had for a long long time, and realized that it was some fear that &#8220;they&#8221; were going to make me do something I didn&#8217;t want to do. and as I released that fear, these tensions released, and my body became flexible in ways it has never been flexible for 50 years. It was quite amazing. I could feel the tension in my body release as I released the fear, and then I could stretch in ways I have never been able to stretch. It is again, another awakening about how powerful the tension in my mind is. </p>
<p>And, then I could feel that I am a courageous person, really feel that with my whole body. This is a very new experience for me, I have been afraid to be strong, and now, I have a new way to move through that fear. I keep focusing on &#8220;I am a courageous person&#8221;, and I can feel that courage in my body and, it&#8217;s almost like a little dance, like the dance that the boxers do in the ring. I can feel that in my body, and I feel so happy that I have become a courageous person. and then I move forward, with new actions and new approaches to things. </p>
<p>I am very very appreciative of the opportunity to review the PBM. I was really wanting to do it, I resisted a lot going until the last minute, and I am so happy I overcame my resistance and went there. </p>
<p>I recommend the PBM training, or reviewing it to anyone who is having any sense that they want to move forward in a new way.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I joined Dahn Yoga in June 2006 after I received a flyer on my doorstep. It offered a free trial class and I had been thinking I needed to try some sort of a class to increase my flexibility. </p>
<p>I did not read the flyer closely because I was so busy that I missed the free class.I pretty much just showed up and asked to give it a try. Once I was there, the class seemed very silly and tried hard not to laugh in class. I did not think I got anything from the class.</p>
<p>However, after the evening class I went home and actually got a good nights sleep for the first time in years. The next day I returned and signed up for a 3 month program and made a promise to myself to give this class my best efforts.I kept my promise and attended the evening class every evening I was available.</p>
<p>Then I started working individually with my instructor in private healing classes.The first few sessions were very painful and I did not think I was ever going to make progress. By the last few sessions, I felt so much better, it was remarkable. I have improved my flexibility and reduced my joint pain tremendously.I feel much more in control and am losing weight.</p>
<p>Overall Dahn Yoga has been very a positive influence on my life and I will continue to make progress with my goals.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I joined Dahn Yoga in Tempe, Arizona, on April 1, 2009. I hadn&#8217;t heard about Dahn Yoga before I joined, I signed up for one month, since I would be leaving the first part of May. I was asked to write down goals that I would like to achieve through the training. I attended classes 5 days a week and signed up for extra weekend trainings; The Chun Hwa Shimsung class and Brain Education Class. The entire experience with Dahn Yoga was very enlightening, it made me more aware of myself and my days are more focused and accomplished. </p>
<p>My goals included:<br />
Gain Flexibility<br />
Self Awareness<br />
Lose Weight<br />
Improve my golf game<br />
Be healthier<br />
Be happier</p>
<p>After one month with Dahn Yoga, all my goals have been improved and much more.<br />
I am more flexible, I am not as sore and the stretches are not as painful.<br />
I am more open, content, outgoing, confident, self assured, more peaceful and happier<br />
I have lost 10 pounds, without being on a diet.<br />
I got a &#8220;Hole In One&#8221; in golf, 9 days after joining Dahn Yoga, instead of hoping for boogie golf, I am now hitting more birdies and pars and thinking Par golf. My thinking has completely changed on the golf course.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and about 3 1/2 years ago at one six-month check up, my neurologist said that maybe doing Yoga would help my balance and flexibility?  The very next day there was a brochure for Dahn Yoga on my porch. I call it divine intervention.  </p>
<p>I went for the &#8216;Introductory Session&#8217; and decided to join for three months.  I have never been much of an exercise person, and wasn&#8217;t sure I could stick with it, but found that I loved it.  I started to see a difference in my balance and the way I felt within the first couple of months, and my doctor saw a difference when I had my first check up, and every check up since.  I always try to go to class at least three times a week, and more, if I can. I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for 3 1/2 years now, and my neurologist told me at my last check up that I will not be needing the shots for my MS, if I keep up my Yoga.  </p>
