			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Five years ago when I first experienced a Brain Wave Vibration class, I was a person in constant pain. My lower back was sore all the time and I had started to have such pain in both knees that I was forced to limp and hold onto furniture to get around. I had physical therapy, which helped the knees. I also had acupuncture which helped with the pain, but pain was always there and probably I was not much fun to be around. When I saw the instructor and the participants begin a vibration practice I thought ¡°Looks easy! You can do pretty much what you want,¡± and I got started. At the first shake I must say had some pain. Gradually my condition began to improve. Now when practice, I have fun! I feel so much better now! I can move my body so much better and although I still have moments when my back or knees hurt, it is not controlling my life like it used to. I do almost anything I want now. Actually because of this vibration class I do things I never thought I would do!</p>
<p>I would like to add that toe tapping and intestine exercises have also been a big help to me. I use toe tapping to help bring my energy down so I can sleep. Intestine Exercises also bring the energy down as I learned about one year ago after my husband was struck with a sudden and very serious illness. When he was getting out of the hospital, I began to feel sick. The MD said it was post traumatic stress syndrome. It felt like I was having a heart attack. When I calmed down enough, I remembered I have tools to help at times like those. I began to do intestine exercises and almost immediately my head started to clear, I lost the dizziness, and I was able to carry on and take care of my husband. I would recommend Brain Wave Vibration to everyone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I first joined Dahn Yoga it was to improve my strength and health. I had been on medication for acid reflux for nearly 10 years. I wasn&#8217;t sleeping through the night and I would grind my teeth. Through BWV I was able to overcome all of it.</p>
<p>When I first started I thought &#8220;this is really weird, but fun.&#8221; So as time went on I was able to stop thinking and just enjoy the rhythm of my own body. Now I can sleep through the night and no longer need a bite guard. My appetite has changed, which was very unexpected. I don&#8217;t crave things and then binge like I use to do. When I do have a craving I thoroughly enjoy it and that is much more satisfying then over indulgence. I&#8217;ve been off medication for my stomach for 7 months. It only took 3 months for me to do that. My parents and Grandparents all suffered from the same stomach problems their whole lives. I thought I was destined for the same suffering. I have discovered the most wonderful natural cure in the world. And it&#8217;s so simple.</p>
<p>I used to get headaches for 3 days at a time and nothing I did or pain reliever I would take could make it go away. If I feel a headache coming on now, I know all I have to do is shake my head and tap my toes together for a few minutes and it goes away.</p>
<p>I think because my focus has gotten better, so has my memory. I can actually remember what I had for breakfast today and yesterday. I&#8217;m enjoying the benefits of being calm and relaxed all of the time. My teenagers can&#8217;t push me over the edge anymore, which has been puzzling for them. But they are also learning to relax and go with the flow.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve shared this technique with my friends and they have felt the calming effect it has.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You may have seen my post several days ago on my first day of a special form of 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training. Today is day 11 and I wanted to update you on my progress. The training is to bow 300 times each day for 21 days. I have learned a lot about myself so far. For example, when I began this training I didn&#8217;t fully comprehend the commitment and the importance of the promise I made to myself to keep training each day. On day 5 I felt tired and only did 160 bows, but I didn&#8217;t feel good about it. When I discussed this with the head instructor at my center they encouraged me to make up for the missed bows. This meant that I needed to do 440 bows the following day. It felt like a huge wall was placed in front of me. I wondered if I had enough courage and commitment in me to continue the training. I am proud to report that I did complete the 440 bows on day 6 and I have continued with the 300 bows each day since. Now on day 11 the bowing meditation is easier, my lower body is getting strong, and I am gaining self confidence that will be useful in all areas of my life.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to back and neck pain, the only exercise I used to do was walking&#8211;with limitations because my sciatic nerve was pinched most of the time. In addition, for the last 6 months I have had plantar fasciitis in my feet which made walking very painful. Now, after guidance from our Head Instructor Ben on how to walk correctly (Jang Saeng or Vitality Walking), the pain in the soles of my feet has disappeared. And thanks to the Dahn Yoga sessions, which include Brain Wave Vibration, the sciatic nerve has not been bothering me for the last three weeks. When I first began to walk to the Dahn Yoga center, it took me 45 minutes. Now I am able to walk very briskly and the same distance takes me 25 minutes.</p>
<p>When I first started practicing I was concerned about my lack of flexibility, balance, and the coordination of my body, but as time goes by I feel more and more agile.</p>
<p>An additional benefit is that I have lost some weight and for first time in my life, controlling my weight is not a great sacrifice, since my body doesn¡¯t crave food all of the time.</p>
<p>I still have some issues with my back, but I am absolutely sure that with regular training the pain will eventually go away. This realization is perhaps the most important benefit from DahnMuDo and Brain Wave Vibration: my attitude has changed not only towards physical pain but also towards emotional pain. I am not only able to control my body better, but using a few tips I have received, I am able to control my emotions better as well.</p>
<p>Lastly but not least, I found a great group of people who share the same objectives as I do&#8211;to have a healthier and happier life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My daughter and I joined Dahn Yoga in November 2006. We wanted to learn yoga and get fit. Little did we know we received more than exercise!</p>
<p>I was so busy loving and caring for family and friends, I forgot to love and care for myself. I was so emotional in the beginning, crying in class and was in pain doing the moves. It just takes time and telling myself, &#8220;ICAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT!&#8221; The homework helps and going to class three times a week have amde me stronger emotionally, more flexible, and I have a lot of energy.</p>
<p>The Brain Wave Vibration CD and book has helped me. I work it in with my homework. Ten minutes everyday makes for a happy day. This has trained me to live in the moment and appreciate the little things in life. Listening to the birds sing, hearing the sounds of the outdoors, enjoying the warmth of the sunshine.</p>
<p>What a fantastic gift I&#8217;ve given myself joining Dahn Yoga. Now I take the time to care for and love myself.</p>
<p>How wonderful this experience has been to share this with my daughter. We share what we have learned in Dahn Yoga with our family and friends.</p>

<p>Working the 21 day miracle, I set my goal to lose 5 lbs. and to be more in sync with my deepest desire&#8211;to be one spiritually and physically, centered in my response to God in my life.</p>
<p>Morning and evening I am faithful to 5-10 minutes of BWV, daily chewing each bite of my food 25 times, walking on days I don&#8217;t have yoga class, and practicing yoga at home. I feel my total well-being increasing, and less pain in my knees and back. I realize again the importance of group support in reaching one&#8217;s goals. I have grown in my daily practice, and have to improve in eating well. At my age, change comes more slowly, but it is happening. And, even including the Thanksgiving Holidays, I lost 3 lbs. Yes!!<br />

During the second week into the program, I realized that my state of mind was very happy and free. I started to have more positive and optimistic perspective towards myself and my environments. As my emotional level elevated, my physical body felt lighter and healthier. I am more focused and trying to pay more attention to the situations I am in and people around me with more understanding and a pleasant thinking mind. In the morning or at night, I find myself looking up at the sky and smiling a smile with happy thoughts and peaceful feelings. It is a good feeling. I still have my moments of ups and downs but I have the tools I learned from the program. I will continue to apply them in my daily life as part of my Dahn Yoga practice. &#8220;If I choose it, it will happen. Good messages make good brain. Pay attention!? 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had been struggling with Fibromyalgia and arthritis in my joints. I was taking medication as well as getting cortisone shots in my neck and shoulder, but nothing seemed to help. I felt worse after every treatment! My daughter could see that I was suffering and she wanted me to feel better but without taking so many pills. After all this, I was also beginning to loose my balance too. I had trouble staying steady on my feet, and I couldn&#8217;t walk up stairs without support.</p>
<p>The pain and frustration were really getting to me. I decided I would try this one last thing. Then I took several classes called Brain Wave Vibration. Almost immediately I felt my body change. I could feel energy moving in a way I had never felt before. The next day, I didn&#8217;t feel as much pain in my body. It was amazing!</p>
<p>The Brain Wave Vibration class helped me change the way I felt in my body and also change the way I felt about my body. With the help of Brain Wave Vibration, I have stopped taking pain medication. I&#8217;m not tired or depressed now, I don&#8217;t need pain medication to get me through the day. My family is thrilled with the new me.<br />

<p>For the first time ever, I am recognizing and making a connection between my mind, body, and spirit. Brain Wave Vibration has empowered me to make positive, healthy changes in my life.</p>
