Usually when I do Brain Wave Vibration I feel a lot of energy moving in my body. It starts from my head and works its way down. The one time I felt a lot more was just a few days ago when I took the Brain Management Consultant course with Regional Director Kim. I had shaking through my torso that felt like it was out of my control. It was a vibration that I didn’t feel like I brought on myself. And I had a very clear image of my grandmother on my right and my mother on my left. My grandmother recently passed away and I had been having trouble letting go of her. I also had a lifetime of anger towards my mother. Then I had a very clear image of my grandmother slowly floating away. I was watching her and I was trying to hang on. Eventually I wasn’t holding on anymore. Something made me then turn to my left and next thing I know my mother was right next to me. I don’t know when she got there. I automatically opened my arms to her as if I was accepting her and forgiving her for all the anger I’ve had for many years. And it’s probably just a start but I’ll take that and continue to do Brain Wave Vibration.

dahncenter Healing near and far
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter What I found with Brain Wave Vibration is that somehow it clears the thoughts and helps you focus. In fact, recently I have been going through difficult times. In the midst of all that I got information that my mother in India was very sick with a blockage in her intestine. She hadn’t eaten for a week and she’s 83 years old. My brother said, “Come on, we need you.” They were going to do surgery on her. So I decided to send healing energy to my mother during Brain Wave Vibration and I really got into it. What’s surprising is that 2 days later, my brother called and said, “Everything just started moving by itself.” Now she’s started eating a little bit. And that’s wonderful news.

Brain Wave Vibration helped me change my life
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter I felt depressed and was very unhappy. A friend of mine told me of this program and I thought I would give it a try. I started the classes three months ago and my life has changed. Brain Vibration made me happy and made me have postitve attitude and more energy. I also had problems with my kidneys and my legs always hurt. After this I no longer had problems. My legs are stronger and have no more pain. Brain Vibration made me a lot stronger and healthier. I’m very greatful for this program and I recommend this to anybody that would like a change to their life. Thank you!

Feeling more peaceful and centered
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter My goal for my 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training at my Dahn Yoga Center was to get in touch with my true self. While I have not fully accomplished that goal, I feel that I made great strides in identifying the path to reach my goal and have gained the strength to allow me to follow that path.
My homework consisted of bow training, Brain Wave Vibration, an energy meditation called Ji Gam, and a variety of strength building exercises. While I did not feel that the bow training helped me that much, I think it did help me focus better for brain wave vibration and the energy meditation that followed. I felt very strong energy during Ji Gam, which made me feel that I was in touch with my true self. Ji Gam helped me identify many of my blockages and helped me make progress in releasing them. For strength training, I did the Sleeping Dragon posture, starting with 2 minutes and working up to 4 minutes. I also did push-ups, starting with 20 and working up to 55. It was very empowering to realize how quickly I could gain strength in just a few minutes of practice each day.
I always wish for peace and relaxation in my life, but feel that I never have it. My training helped me realize the importance of taking time every day to take care of myself, even if it is only 15 minutes a day. There were days that I did not feel like doing my homework, but I made sure that I got it done every day and generally felt much better for having done it.
I had not realized how greatly my energy was affecting the dynamic of my family. As I started to become more centered, I found that I was better able to deal with my family and they in turn responded more positively toward me. There was less yelling and more cooperation. My training helped me realize that I have the strength to make my life whatever I want it to be. All it takes is dedication to myself.
As an added bonus, I lost three pounds! While I was not consciously watching my diet, I found that I was making fewer trips to the candy jar as I released my negative emotions instead of holding onto them. I am definitely looking forward to our next 21-day journey!

Shaking caregiver’s stress away
January 6th, 2010
dahncenter I am a caregiver for my elderly parents. It is quite stressful and impacts one both physically and emotionally on a daily basis. You never know what their needs are going to be on a day-to-day basis. I have found Brain Wave Vibration to be a most useful tool for alleviating my daily stress. It is a rather simple technique to follow. All one has to do is shake one’s head up and down and back and forth and after fifteen minutes of doing this I feel the stress flowing out of my body. One really doesn’t need to do it at a Dahn Yoga Center. One can do it at work or at home. I really wish that there was a way to get the word out to more people about this rather simple technique. Then more people can reap the benefits and society as a whole will become healthier. It is certainly not healthy to have all that stress bottled up inside. Unfortunately, most people simply do not know how to release it effectively. Stress most certainly leads to deteriorating health and a shorter life span. With Brain Wave Vibration society can live a longer, healthier, and happier life. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share this with you. I hope that after reading this passage people will experience the benefits of BWV for themselves.

Ready to rock with Brain Wave Vibration
January 5th, 2010
dahncenter Crack Fizzle Pop! Out came a soul glistening with blissful internal peace… Ready to Rock! My experience with the 21day Brain Wave Vibration training at my Dahn Yoga Center in Pasadena, CA was not an easy path as unforeseen events were tossed into my life. It threw me off course and left me dangling with a huge question, “WHY? What the Hell?!” During the first training event in October, I slashed my left toe with fragmented glass. It left me immobile for 7days. Not a fan of blood, wounds, etc., I felt paralyzed not just physically but way into the beyond from the pain of this wound. I couldn’t endure too much and just wanted to close off to take a breather…alone. So, I talked to the instructors at my center and they were understanding. “There is another opportunity next month again,” they said.
Then November came around and my wound was healed. I was ready catch up and start my training again from the 10th. On Nov 6th, I lost my brother (age 24) in a car accident. Then on Nov 8th my grandmother followed him and passed over. They were both living at my parents home, my grandmother in her last days suffering from cancer and my brother seeking acceptance and peace.
“What the HELL?!” I was angry, lost, confused, and traumatized. “THIS CAN”T BE REAL, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!” It was painful…but I was grateful for friends who comforted me with supportive words and gestures.
I sought out help to get physical and emotional comfort by going to my favorite kinesiologist and a therapist. That helped in the beginning…but I still just wanted to forget about it all. I would go out to drink with friends until the brink of dawn….clubbing and “just having a good time.” That helped but was temporary. I had several messages from my Dahn Instructors by this time. Finally, after seeking support and trying to fulfill my needs from external sources, I realized that I needed help getting back on track by trying to heal from within. I showed up last week out of the blue for the Brain Wave Vibration training. The first day it felt awkward, and at the end of the session I felt sleepy, very sleepy. Then in the days to follow, my body started to connect, ignite, and remember the power from within.
The Head Instructor featured a video clip from Ilchi Lee that talked about death and that it’s just part of the process of transitioning to become a enlightened spiritual being. It was comforting to see it and it also confirmed to me that my brother was at peace and is Free. My heart resonated not only with this special message but also with the music from the Brain Wave Vibration training. So powerful and healing…music, message…my body, mind, and spirit freely captured in the RYTHYM. A few days later, during the training I was given a message, “PEACEFUL” and shown a picture of a long shiny Sword cutting open the shell of my dark self and bringing out a bright light. The training sessions felt shorter and shorter as each time passed…and easier to just step into the flow.
The final day, I felt as if I was with the flow of the music and at ONE. It felt blissful, peaceful, and serene. Somewhere and sometime between the last training days my anger and confusion dissolved. I have confirmation from within…MY body, mind, and soul…that everything is fine and at peace. I am again ready to ROCK! and to continue on my path. Gaining insight, strength, and gratitude from the recent events, I feel resilient enough to proceed to serve my humanity.
Thank you to my instructors and to Dahn Yoga for the opportunity to discover and share my extraordinary experiences from Brain Wave Vibration training. Whether that may be the community service of protecting and leading the way to a better quality of life or sharing and creating a much needed awareness of healing our planet…. it shall be done!! and So it is…

21 Day Brain Wave Vibration
January 5th, 2010
dahncenter We had a 21-day Brain Wave Vibration training at our Dahn Yoga Center in Albuquerque, NM. We each had to pick a goal that we wanted to accomplish in 21 days. My goal was to open my body + brain center in 21 days. We met early in the morning for 21 days. I was busily preparing everything during that time. On day 18 I signed up my first new member and had my first class in my center. Brain Wave Vibration is good for whatever you want. There is healing power in your brain.

Scoliosis
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter I began Dahn Yoga at the Henderson Center 3 1/2 years ago. My husband gave me a month’s membership for Mother’s Day. I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain and stiffness/stress from work. After going through the 1st class I felt lighter and more relaxed. The atmospehre is very welcoming and calming. I have been coming 2-3 / week and have gained strength, flexibility, and better attitude for the stressful world. The instructors at Henderson Center are very knowledgable and helpful. BWV has completely relieved my back pain from childhood scoliosis. I encourage anyone to come take a trial class and see the difference it provides to your life. I have gained friendships and a sense of community from Dahn Yoga and BWV!!!!

Awakening to True Freedom
December 30th, 2009
dahncenter I have been practicing Ilchi Lee’s holistic training for over 4 years. I have attended innumerable workshops and am a Mago life member. When I practice this latest exercise at my local HSP Holistic Centre (Epsom-UK), I feel closer and closer to my real self. It gives me a Freedom that connects my body and soul in a Cosmic way beyond the limitations of my physical body. It’s the perfect state of Being and Universal Consciousness. My left brain becomes harmonised with my right brain in a state of calm, peace and emptiness. In this day and age with all the turmoils and vicissitudes, it all becomes so clear in the detachment and realisation of the impermanence of everything. Every minute of everyday becomes the most precious moment I will ever live. Truly Freedom is another word for when I have nothing left to Lose!
