Miraculous power of return to basic rhythms

In this age of extreme complexities, it is refreshing to remember to go back to basics. Our urbanized lives marked by advanced technologies and busy schedules sometimes conceal the natural cosmic rhythms in which our bodies and souls are immersed. The practice of Brain Wave Vibration is a simple way to restore us to the Source and recover the natural flow of life. In his new book Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back Into the Rhythm of a Happy, Healthy Life, Ilchi Lee lays out the principles of the dance energy that moves and is moved by our minds, and returns to the ancient wisdom of the healing power of rhythm. The exercises included in the “Practice” section are easy to do anywhere and at any time, and are backed by the felt testimonies of practitioners who have benefited from them as the quality of their lives improved dramatically. As a Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration practitioner I can attest to the seeming miraculous power of these practices.

Sinus headaches gone

When I started doing Brain Wave Vibration, I had sinus headaches every day, and a very strong ringing in my ears all the time.  Very soon after I began doing BWV everyday, my sinuses cleared, and my sinus headaches ceased.  Now my sinuses are almost always clear, and I do not have sinus headaches.  Also, when I was young I went to a lot of very loud rock concerts.  I got a loud ringing in my ears that never went away.  Since I have been doing BWV, the ringing has subsided considerably.  Now it is just a faint whisper, and I expect one day soon it will be gone completely.  In addition, I use BWV to clear my head of unwanted emotion.  When I watch and see I have anger, etc, if I have any trouble changing, I just shake my brain clear, and choose a more positive emotion.

Quantum leap in quality of life

I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for over 5 years and have had a quantum leap in improvement of the experience of my life. I have used the principles from the Dahn Yoga Basics book in my work with psychotherapy patients and have seen them improve dramatically in their ability to grow through the issues they face.

Now with the new book, Brain Wave Vibration, I have a new tool in my work, and also in my personal life.
I felt this was a clear and easily read explanation of the principles underlying the benefits of vibrational exercises. Ilchi Lee used examples from many cultures that illustrate the universality of the awareness of these principles.

In my own life I am happy to have a simple, easy technique that doesn’t require a change of clothes, sweating, or a class to practice. It can be used at any time that you need the resetting of the brain. I use it when I feel myself getting emotionally caught up in a situation, or when I am beginning a project or interaction that needs a clear mind. I feel much calmer, less reactive and my auragram readings are maintaining balance between my healing sessions.

In my work, this technique will be easy for my clients to use and add to the other Dahn exercises I have assigned them, without feeling overwhelmed.

This book is a must read for any Dahn practitioner! It will keep you from taking yourself too seriously. It is so simple, anyone can get the benefits.

High blood pressure lowered

Brain Wave Vibration has been powerful experience for me. My most common feeling during the time has been a new level of freedom. This freedom that I feel has caused me to smile, without even being aware of it. The stress and any problems that I seem to have, just disappear. I have also felt the emotions of love, peace, and happiness. The Brain Wave Vibration is my favorite time during my Dahn Yoga experience.

I have had high blood pressure for over 40 years. Before Brain Wave Vibration my pressure was about 150/89. This is while being on three different medications to keep my blood pressure down. My new blood pressure readings have been as low as 106/76. This is nothing short of a miracle! I have bought a CD with vibration music, so that I can continue to do this exercise at home, on the days that I can not make it to the Dahn Yoga Center.

83-year-old recovering good health after stroke

I originally took an interest in the book titled “Brain Wave Vibration” by Ilchi Lee when my father-in-law had a stroke at the age of 83. I was determined to help him to return to a happy, healthy life. Through the lessons that were taught to me in my brain wave vibration class and through information contained in the literature provided at the Dahn Yoga Healing Center in Alexandria, Virginia, I was able to better understand the mechanics of the brain and its relationship to the body.

Bringing the body and the mind back into a healthy balance is an important achievement for all mankind. Imbalances bring forth disease and emotional instability. Proper balance for the mind and the body provide people with health, happiness, and a sense of peace.

I am please to say that my father-in-law has returned to good health. Through my journey with Dahn Yoga, I was able to stimulate a natural healing ability with in myself and a confidence in my path to being a better healer. After reading the book, I have taught myself how to manage stress. As I continue to practice the Brain Wave Vibration exercises, my natural physical vitality is returning and I am beginning to awaken the great creativity that lies within my heart and soul. I am a much happier person. I no longer feel the confusion and sadness that has haunted me in the past. It is a pleasure to see others heal and return to having a good healthy balance in their lives.

Free from constant pain

Five years ago when I first experienced a Brainwave vibration class I was a person in constant pain. My low back was sore all the time and I had started to have such pain in both knees that I was forced to limp and hold onto furniture to get around. I had physical therapy, which helped the knees. I also had acupuncture which helped with the pain, but pain was always there and probably I was not much fun to be around. When I saw the instructor and the participants begin a vibration practice I thought “Looks easy! You can do pretty much what you want.” and I got started. At the first shake I must say had some pain. Gradually my condition began to improve. Now when practice, I have fun! I feel so much better now! I can move my body so much better and although I still have moments when my back or knees hurt, it is not controlling my life like it used to. I do almost anything I want now. Actually because of this vibration class I do things I never thought I would do!

I would like to add that toe tapping and intestine exercises have also been a big help to me. I use toe tapping to help bring my energy down so I can sleep. Intestine Exercises also bring the energy down as I learned about one year ago after my husband was struck with a sudden and very serious illness. When he was getting out of the hospital, I began to feel sick. The MD said it was post traumatic stress syndrome. It felt like I was having a heart attack. When I calmed down enough, I remembered I have tools to help at times like those. I began to do intestine exercises and almost immediately my head started to clear, I lost the dizziness, and I was able to carry on and take care of my husband. I would recommend Brainwave Vibration to everyone.

Meditation brings answers through calm insight

The ten minutes of Brain Wave Vibration in the morning is my time to communicate with myself. It is a time of meditation, free from all emotions and all thoughts. Once the brain waves become steady, the worries and the personal problems disappear like melting snow. Once the mind becomes calm, the insight I need to solve problems kicks in. It is like finding the answers within me.

Stronger compassion and connection

When I began to practice Brain Wave Vibration, I became much more sensitive to other people’s energy as well as to my own. I don’t know what it is, but I do feel much stronger compassion for and connection to other people now. I am able to share that resonating energy with other people, and feel much closer to them.

Found new way to solve problems

The biggest change that happened to me is I ran completely out of the limiting information that used to confine me. When I ran out of negative information, I sensed that something had changed in my brain. Since then, whenever I encounter a knotty problem, I try to get an answer through Brain Wave Vibration.

I started to have hope

Throughout my college years, I never doubted that being a teacher was the perfect job for me. I was confident that I would be a great teacher when I went to work as a student teacher. When I finally graduated and went to the first school to work, I was full of pride, believing I was the perfect teacher. I thought that I had studied hard for the past four years, and I had all the necessary elements to be a good teacher.

But I was soon driven to despair when I met students in real life. I had so much to teach them, but the students were not paying attention to me. I was having a hard time getting up in the morning because of fatigue accumulated during the previous day. “I am having such a hard time. Why is this happening?” I asked myself. This thought later changed to: “I don’t think I am qualified to be a teacher. I should consider getting a different kind of job.”

During that time, one of the more experienced teachers recommended that I get training to teach Brain Education to children. When I was first introduced to Brain Wave Vibration, I thought, “What’s the point of just shaking the head?” In the beginning, I only focused on the head and neck during Brain Wave Vibration, but eventually the motion spread out through my entire body. Then the next day, I was able to wake up in the morning by myself without the alarm. Now I manage my mind and body through Brain Wave Vibration.

What I realized after the sixty hours of Brain Education training is that there was nothing at all wrong with the students. I was the problem. I was not a happy person, and I was looking around at the students and the world with that unhappy attitude.

I became much happier after the training, and I wanted to share that happiness with others. My students looked so loving when I met them again, and I could communicate well with my students for the rest of the semester. Then I finally started to have hope that I might one day be able to become a truly good teacher to my students.

One day, a student came to me and said, “I used to think that I couldn’t do anything before I met you. But now, I think I can do anything. Thank you so much, teacher!”

As I heard this, I cried out loud. I was so happy and so grateful.
