Brain Wave Vibration opens up my mind so I can study better

I have been doing Brain Wave Vibration throughout the past year. My overall experience so far is that it helps me clear my mind and have sharper focus. This is especially useful as a student. I feel more relaxed taking in new information, and I am able to apply what I’m learning with a more open feeling–a broader view of who I am and what I’m doing. Emotionally I feel lighter and more positive since starting this training. A great simple tool :)

Kadija King’s Story

Kadija King
I’ve been taking Dahn Yoga now for almost 4 years. I really enjoy being here. I think it has changed a lot of my thinking and my perspective. In the beginning it was hard, but the more I keep on coming, the more I enjoy coming. I would not leave it for the world. I really love it. I really enjoy Dahn Yoga. And I think anybody who’s thinking of doing it, you will enjoy it. Just try it. The only thing is to try. When I first started, I hadn’t done anything yoga. I was just looking for exercise and, at my amazement; I got something more than exercise. I got body, mind, and you know, physical, so basically, it does definitely make you focus on your mind and your thinking of the outside. I am happy to take Dahn Yoga.

I was overwhelmed with negative energy, thought no one loved me. Dahn Yoga showed me otherwise!

The day I walked to Dahn, I was very depressed. On the morning of Tuesday, 25 January, 2008, I woke up that morning at 6AM, with tears coming down my eyes and till the evening walking to Glenview Dahn Yoga around 7:30PM. I was so stressed out and filled with negative emotion. I believed the whole world was against me, had thoughts that everyone hated me and that no one loved me.

My physical body was going downhill. Besides the fact that I was over-weight, my body was in extreme pain. My knees started to hurt, I would wake up everyday with neck and shoulder pain, lower back in pain and always had trouble with my stomach.

My purpose in joining Dahn was to get rid of emotion, stress and to find peace. The minute I step a foot at Glenview Dahn Yoga, I feel the calming energy.

After joining and actively practicing Dahn Yoga, for a year and 11 months, my life has tremendously changed. People I have known for ages and don’t see for a while pick-up on my new energy. I am always getting complements from my family and friends that how beautiful I have become and that how my face is brighter and shining and how much happier I look. I tell them to please come join Dahn Yoga, so you can feel your body and you will become like me. My stress level has decreased tremendously and my energy level has increased.

Even though the weight condition has not changed, but I am in the process of changing my brain by using the method of Brain Wave Vibration to lose my weight. My physical body has improved 100%, since 22 January, 2008.

During being involved in these programs:
Shim Sung-I found my true self and the vision of helping people. I had set a goal for my self that I was going to achieve my vision to be healer by 2009 and by May 2009, I completed my Master Healer School and currently giving healing sessions at my center.

BEST Instructor-I found confidence in teaching Dahn Yoga and currently teach Sunday classes, orientation and lead the warm-ups.

Healing Chakra-it helped me open my heart more and get rid of negative emotion and attachment that I was holding on to.

Brain Management Consult-I use it daily in my life style, I did lectures and taught people to save this beautiful EARTH.

Chun Hwa Mediation Suhang-taught me to get rid of preconceptions and having SOMBO:
Seuseng, Vision & Principle. It helped me achieve a bigger vision for myself of becoming a SBN and my goal date is May 2010.

Overcoming my deepest saddness

Before Tao I was experiencing so much sadness. The world looked very grey—always trying to function on top of so much anxiety and physical pain. Why couldn’t I feel joy and excitement with the little things experienced or even big things accomplished?

Now making the decision to come to Tao was very difficult and I was full of fear and apprehension which didn’t subside even well into the program. But what did I discover?
1. I recovered my joy underneath so much pain, hurt and old buried memories.
2. I was able to break through so much resistance and fear of physical pain and fear about not being able to do it right.
3. I choose to not let those fears run my life.
3a. I learned to tell the truth about myself and the pain that has debilitated me.
4. I learned that everything I need is within my own body and attention must be paid to that body.
5. I learned that I must live in the present—not in the past; that I can truly forgive myself and love myself.
6. I learned that real healing comes with healing my emotions and now I am confident that with help, I can begin to change habits that did not serve me and begin to heal my physical body.
7. I have found a new trust in myself and a brand new appreciation of all the feeling within my body.

I came here with diabetes, fears, and anxieties. Now I know I can do this

I came here with diabetes, fears and doubts and not connecting with my true self. My goal was to improve my diabetes and connect with my true self. Even though I am on blood sugar medication my readings were still very high. After this week my readings went to 103-108. I know that with continued focus, on the process I learned and experienced I will get that number down lower and will be able to get off the medication.
I can not wait to accomplish this and surprise my doctor. I am connecting at a deeper level with my true self. I see what has created the separation and how to reconnect with who I really am.
