			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was such a worries-man. No matter what I did, I kept thinking about worries, problems, and dangers before anything else. For example, instead of choosing or enjoying the good side of something first, I looked at the bad side first instead and then acted from that perspective. Once I did that, I would start something good. But the excitement or joy was less than when I acted from a negative perspective. For instance, whenever I opened my email, I looked in the spam box first and then erased them. And then would read normal email with a comfortable mind ^_^. For long time, I didnot recognize how much my worries bothered me. There are always obstacles no matter what I do. And most of them can be overcome if I have a willingness to and a belief in myself. Now I&#8217;m starting to realize that as I repeat Brain Wave Vibration training. Since I started Brain Wave Vibration in the spring of 2008, it has been easier to keep my body and brain in good condition. I started to exercise every morning for about an hour doing Brain Wave Vibration, stretching, push-ups, etc. Now I think my energy sensibility has become much better. And it is easier to focus on my goals, get many ideas, and act on them. Especially taking action is more important to me. A few days ago, I had time to reflect on 2008 and I realized that at the beginning of every year, I&#8217;ve made a similar yearly plan. That means I did not carry out those plans and accomplish all of them. In order to change this old habit, I decided to do Brain Wave Vibration exercise and meditation every early morning. I already started two days ago. It&#8217;s working. I really appreciate Brain Wave Vibration for helping me change. I&#8217;m very excited about 2009<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Five years ago when I first experienced a Brain Wave Vibration class, I was a person in constant pain. My lower back was sore all the time and I had started to have such pain in both knees that I was forced to limp and hold onto furniture to get around. I had physical therapy, which helped the knees. I also had acupuncture which helped with the pain, but pain was always there and probably I was not much fun to be around. When I saw the instructor and the participants begin a vibration practice I thought ¡°Looks easy! You can do pretty much what you want,¡± and I got started. At the first shake I must say had some pain. Gradually my condition began to improve. Now when practice, I have fun! I feel so much better now! I can move my body so much better and although I still have moments when my back or knees hurt, it is not controlling my life like it used to. I do almost anything I want now. Actually because of this vibration class I do things I never thought I would do!</p>
<p>I would like to add that toe tapping and intestine exercises have also been a big help to me. I use toe tapping to help bring my energy down so I can sleep. Intestine Exercises also bring the energy down as I learned about one year ago after my husband was struck with a sudden and very serious illness. When he was getting out of the hospital, I began to feel sick. The MD said it was post traumatic stress syndrome. It felt like I was having a heart attack. When I calmed down enough, I remembered I have tools to help at times like those. I began to do intestine exercises and almost immediately my head started to clear, I lost the dizziness, and I was able to carry on and take care of my husband. I would recommend Brain Wave Vibration to everyone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I originally took an interest in the book titled &#8220;Brain Wave Vibration&#8221; by Ilchi Lee when my father-in-law had a stroke at the age of 83. I was determined to help him to return to a happy, healthy life. Through the lessons that were taught to me in my Brain Wave Vibration class and through information contained in the literature provided at the Dahn Yoga &#038; Healing Center in Alexandria, Virginia, I was able to better understand the mechanics of the brain and its relationship to the body.</p>
<p>Bringing the body and the mind back into a healthy balance is an important achievement for all mankind. Imbalances bring forth disease and emotional instability. Proper balance for the mind and the body provide people with health, happiness, and a sense of peace.</p>
<p>I am pleased to say that my father-in-law has returned to good health. Through my journey with Dahn Yoga, I was able to stimulate a natural healing ability within myself and a confidence in my path to being a better healer. After reading the book, I have taught myself how to manage stress. As I continue to practice the Brain Wave Vibration exercises, my natural physical vitality is returning and I am beginning to awaken the great creativity that lies within my heart and soul. I am a much happier person. I no longer feel the confusion and sadness that has haunted me in the past. It is a pleasure to see others heal and return to having a good healthy balance in their lives.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Through Brain Wave Vibration Training, I was able to connect deep inside to my true nature. The first time I did Brain Wave Vibration I could truly see myself. I was able to step back and see both fear and power inside of me. I could see the infinite potential and power I held and knew that I could choose how I wanted to live my life. I did Brain Wave Vibration training for 21 days and during that time I was happier and had a more positive outlook on life. I began to care for and about myself more, for example I asked myself what do I want and need more often. I gave myself more time, love and comfort. My thoughts were more positive and I was able to take control of them. I found myself more grounded during the day. In May I had the opportunity to do Brain Wave Vibration with Ilchi Lee. The experience was amazaing; I experienced so much peace and clarity. BWV helped me slow my racing thoughts and use my brain to create positive thoughts.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I first joined Dahn Yoga it was to improve my strength and health. I had been on medication for acid reflux for nearly 10 years. I wasn&#8217;t sleeping through the night and I would grind my teeth. Through BWV I was able to overcome all of it.</p>
<p>When I first started I thought &#8220;this is really weird, but fun.&#8221; So as time went on I was able to stop thinking and just enjoy the rhythm of my own body. Now I can sleep through the night and no longer need a bite guard. My appetite has changed, which was very unexpected. I don&#8217;t crave things and then binge like I use to do. When I do have a craving I thoroughly enjoy it and that is much more satisfying then over indulgence. I&#8217;ve been off medication for my stomach for 7 months. It only took 3 months for me to do that. My parents and Grandparents all suffered from the same stomach problems their whole lives. I thought I was destined for the same suffering. I have discovered the most wonderful natural cure in the world. And it&#8217;s so simple.</p>
<p>I used to get headaches for 3 days at a time and nothing I did or pain reliever I would take could make it go away. If I feel a headache coming on now, I know all I have to do is shake my head and tap my toes together for a few minutes and it goes away.</p>
<p>I think because my focus has gotten better, so has my memory. I can actually remember what I had for breakfast today and yesterday. I&#8217;m enjoying the benefits of being calm and relaxed all of the time. My teenagers can&#8217;t push me over the edge anymore, which has been puzzling for them. But they are also learning to relax and go with the flow.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve shared this technique with my friends and they have felt the calming effect it has.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I started my Brain Wave Vibration training, I decided I would focus on the goal, &#8220;I am nourishing my spirit.&#8221; I chose this because many times it is hard for me to make even small choices for my highest good. Things like healthy eating and exercise, or procrastinating over small projects, I create a log jam of weight actually &#038; figuratively in my mind, body and spirit.</p>
<p>When I do make good choices and respond to my inner voice (what I call &#8220;my spirit&#8221;), I feel at one with myself and am therefore more available to others that I care about. I am then able to share myself and give in an open and loving way because at this time I can give from a &#8220;full cup.&#8221; A long time ago I was told by a very wise woman,<br />
&#8220;You cannot give from an empty cup,&#8221;&#8211;this advice came during a time when a much-loved relative was waging a losing battle with cancer.</p>
<p>After one Brain Wave Vibration training, I watched the tea being poured into the cups in the tea circle, filling each to the brim,and a thought came to me, &#8220;She gives from a full cup,&#8221; and my heart opened and tears welled up&#8211;my sign that a personal truth is spoken. I shared this thought to the group and went on to describe the changes in my thinking and behavior that had been occurring since doing Brain Wave Vibration. The good choices were becoming easier and more frequent, like being on autopilot. </p>
<p>Most important to me, however, was the transition that had taken place during that day&#8217;s class. While doing Brain Wave Vibration and focusing on, &#8220;I am nourishing my spirit,&#8221; the phrase flipped in my head and became, &#8220;My spirit is nourishing me.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8221; What I like about the Brain Wave Vibration is not only that it brings my energy down, but it also calms my brain. Also a lot of times, I do the vibration on the floor because I have Cerebral Palsy in my muslce. Its really been I would call it a gift because it&#8217;s really helped me work through some of the stiffness and such that I experience. I&#8217;m very analytical. I&#8217;m a scientist by trade and so I&#8217;m constantly analyzing and thinking and planning. &#8216;What&#8217;s the next thing I need to do?&#8217; Even in the morning when I get up and I&#8217;m doing the tapping in the morning and the vibration, I&#8217;ve already started. As soon as I get out of bed, I&#8217;ve started thinking about what I have to do for the day. And so, its been interesting because just that 15 or 20 minutes of tapping and Brain Wave Vibration makes my brain just stop and not be planning and thinking and doing all of those thing. As I&#8217;ve heard it described, it seems to settle me down enough that I can sort of logically and very carefully plan my day, but not just be wired and disorganized. It helps me in being more organized. It&#8217;s not just that it stops me from thinking and being distracted but I also think part of having CP is I&#8217;ve had to train another part of my brain to move my legs. So the Brain Wave Vibration has really helped me. My brain seems more elastic. I&#8217;m more free to do things. Its easier to do things, both physically and mentally. Its just really been a powerful tool and I&#8217;ve started telling people about it. Saying you reall ought to check this out.&#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Usually when I do Brain Wave Vibration I feel a lot of energy moving in my body. It starts from my head and works its way down. The one time I felt a lot more was just a few days ago when I took the Brain Management Consultant course with Regional Director Kim. I had shaking through my torso that felt like it was out of my control. It was a vibration that I didn&#8217;t feel like I brought on myself. And I had a very clear image of my grandmother on my right and my mother on my left. My grandmother recently passed away and I had been having trouble letting go of her. I also had a lifetime of anger towards my mother. Then I had a very clear image of my grandmother slowly floating away. I was watching her and I was trying to hang on. Eventually I wasn&#8217;t holding on anymore. Something made me then turn to my left and next thing I know my mother was right next to me. I don&#8217;t know when she got there. I automatically opened my arms to her as if I was accepting her and forgiving her for all the anger I&#8217;ve had for many years. And it&#8217;s probably just a start but I&#8217;ll take that and continue to do Brain Wave Vibration.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I began Brain Wave Vibration four days ago and it&#8217;s been an incredible experience. Initially, I wasn&#8217;t exactly sure what I was trying to accomplish, but by day three I got a glimpse of what I believe I&#8217;m striving for. Rather than feeling like I&#8217;m just rattling my brains around, I was able to go deeper and for a time, my awareness wasn&#8217;t confined to my head. I felt like I was floating in space without walls or limitations. I&#8217;m not able to hold onto this feeling for very long, but I&#8217;m getting there. Since beginning Brain Wave Vibration, my digestion in particular has improved, and I feel calmer and more serene.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for over 5 years and have had a quantum leap in improvement of the experience of my life. I have used the principles from the Dahn Yoga Basics book in my work with psychotherapy patients and have seen them improve dramatically in their ability to grow through the issues they face.</p>
<p>Now with the new book, Brain Wave Vibration, I have a new tool in my work, and also in my personal life.<br />
I felt this was a clear and easily read explanation of the principles underlying the benefits of vibrational exercises. Ilchi Lee used examples from many cultures that illustrate the universality of the awareness of these principles.</p>
<p>In my own life I am happy to have a simple, easy technique that doesn&#8217;t require a change of clothes, sweating, or a class to practice. It can be used at any time that you need the resetting of the brain. I use it when I feel myself getting emotionally caught up in a situation, or when I am beginning a project or interaction that needs a clear mind. I feel much calmer, less reactive and I am maintaining more balance. </p>
<p>In my work, this technique will be easy for my clients to use and add to the other Dahn exercises I have assigned them, without feeling overwhelmed.</p>
<p>The book is a must read for any practitioner! It will keep you from taking yourself too seriously. It is so simple, anyone can get the benefits.<br />
