I can’t live without it

joined Dahn Yoga!!! Now what do I do??? Do I really have to go? But I paid for it!

What if I don’t feel any stagnant energy leaving my body?
Do I really have to keep my eyes closed during meditation?
I don’t know if I like this.

I was skeptical of everything but I really did like it and I kept going back.

I initially joined in September of 2005 to become more flexible. I had the usual aches and pains and I always reported them to my doctor. My knees really hurt at times; my shoulders hurt off and on, my back hurt in the morning. Five months later, February 2006, I am pain free.

Not only did I join Dahn Yoga for a three month trial – I have now joined as a Life Time Gold Member. I go every day that I am able.

I feel stagnant energy pouring from my body.
I wouldn’t think of opening my eyes during meditation.
I can’t live without it.

And I can bend over and touch the floor
with both hands for the first time in my life.

Ken Burry’s Story

When I first came, my primary problem was lower back pain. A lot of it was through stress and just needed to get a little exercise and a little stretch. I think that if you’re starting to feel stiff and lack of balance and just feel fatigued and stressed, it’s a good way to relieve all of those symptoms. The atmosphere is fun, so it’s getting balanced and little of flexibility and strength, while you’re in a social atmosphere. It’s fun and I think everyone should do it.

Dahn Yoga helped me see that there is hope for improvement!

I have been going to Dahn Yoga only for a month and see a significant improvement in my physical condition.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, a disc replacement and fusion in my neck and two herniated discs in my thoracic area. I have just about given up when it seemed by divine intervention I picked up a pamphlet at my hair salon and said what the heck I have tried everything else including surgery, acupuncture, physical therapy, injections and meds. As I return to my Doctors appointments for follow up I get the same question WHAT ARE YOU DOING? But they give me some western medicine excuse (that couldn’t help.) I have been suffering for 7 years and done everything they told me but what they told me didn’t work. I feel blessed and relieved to have found Master Cho and Gina in Las Vegas NV they truly have helped me when everybody told me there was no hope for improvement. I look forward to going everyday and feel more relaxed, happy, peaceful, less depressed as well as having improved mobility. I have already gone through the Shim Sung workshop and hope to do more with the center in the future.

Sincerely,

No longer feeling defeated and weak

When I came to Dahn Yoga I had experienced great hardship and felt defeated and weak. Dahn Yoga along with my teachers dedicated and cheerful direction very quickly built up my strength so that I was more resourceful, powerful and energised than prior to my personal disasters. I would never have gone had I not been at such a low ebb.
I do not go to my classes any more due to shortage of funds and due to working away in Scotland much of the time.
I feel shadowed by the fact that I have never fully thanked or said goodbye to my teachers Rachel Nime and Anne Nime, in Shepherds Bush, London, but the doorways opened by them and the excursuses which I still do every day will be something for which I am deeply grateful as it has added great stability and allowed me to expand my mental and spiritual life whilst giving my body strength and youth.
