I love Dahn Yoga. Although I haven’t been in a while as my center (Champions) is quite a distance from my home and no longer have early morning classes, I still practice at home. I do see where there is a center in The Woodlands, which I plan to start attending there.

I have taken two or three of the workshops and totally AWAKENED in Shim Sung! What a difference that one workshop did for me not only physically, but mentally. I cannot put into words other that a TOTAL AWAKENING! I am much more open with my self-expression, inner feelings and outlook of others. Thanks so much for teaching me this powerful yoga experience. I also am so thankful that God brought me to you when my sister was in need of finding herself. I tagged along and got even more!
