I am a caregiver for my elderly parents. It is quite stressful and impacts one both physically and emotionally on a daily basis. You never know what their needs are going to be on a day-to-day basis. I have found Brain Wave Vibration to be a most useful tool for alleviating my daily stress. It is a rather simple technique to follow. All one has to do is shake one’s head up and down and back and forth and after fifteen minutes of doing this I feel the stress flowing out of my body. One really doesn’t need to do it at a Dahn Yoga Center. One can do it at work or at home. I really wish that there was a way to get the word out to more people about this rather simple technique. Then more people can reap the benefits and society as a whole will become healthier. It is certainly not healthy to have all that stress bottled up inside. Unfortunately, most people simply do not know how to release it effectively. Stress most certainly leads to deteriorating health and a shorter life span. With Brain Wave Vibration society can live a longer, healthier, and happier life. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share this with you. I hope that after reading this passage people will experience the benefits of BWV for themselves.
