Dahn Yoga helped me improve my life

I joined Dahn Yoga about 3 years ago. At that time I was struggling with stress, anxiety, and tiredness. I didn’t have a steady job, and my relationships were so far from perfect.
Since I’ve been practicing Dahn Yoga, I have improved many aspects of my life. I am able to control my thoughts and emotions. My relationships with my family and friends have grown into more loving and understanding relationships.
Dahn Yoga has given me the tools, which help me to be more mentally, physically, and spiritually stable. The training like, Healing Chakras, Master Healer Course and ChunHwa Meditation Tour helped me to learn more about who I am and what I need to do to fulfill my life’s purpose.
I also love the Brain Wave Vibration and doing that several times a day. It helps me to release stress, stay focus and be productive at work.
Thank you Dahn Yoga for brining more peace and harmony into my life.
