			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been working with computers since January of 1970. I&#8217;m very athletic by nature (sky diving, scuba diving, long distance bike rides for charity) but in the last 15 years I settled into a routine of work, work, eat and sleep with a little couch potato reading or TV thrown in. I&#8217;d get so focused that hours would go by before I&#8217;d get up. My hips and knees started to hurt all the time. My leg tendons were shrinking. Sometimes I&#8217;d have to take a few painful steps before I was sure of my footing. I wanted to get healthy but even became afraid to exercise on my own, even though I was perfectly healthy despite the extra weight. My sinuses were blocked for years on end and had been for as long as I can remember. My weight jumped up 30 pounds at a time for every stressful period I suffered. When I started Dahn Yoga, the first month was hard. There was no way I could sit in Lotus position, let alone do it for any length of time! My body needed a few days to recover after each class &#8211; that&#8217;s how de-conditioned I was. After about a month I realized how much benefit I was getting and wanted more, so, I became more dedicated and went to every class I could. I quickly realized I was gaining energy with every class. And the people at my center (the Durango center in Las Vegas, Nevada) are the happiest, most loving, fun people I&#8217;ve ever met &#8211; clear-eyed, clear-minded and strong. I knew I wanted THAT. I love Brain Wave Vibration. It&#8217;s been a few months now, and my sinuses have cleared up. When I do get a little stuffed up ( I work in a construction zone in a desert!) it is in the nostrils, not way up in the sinuses. My flexibility has increased to where I can sit in close to half-Lotus. My legs and knees still complain but I tap them a lot while doing Brian Wave Vibration and they relax some. I know this is a longer term issue for me. Now I can feel, instead of ignoring, my body&#8217;s reminders to get up and stretch. And I haven&#8217;t been to a Chiropractor since I started. I can now stretch and my body will adjust itself, as needed. I think the most fun and best benefit I&#8217;ve seen is brain health. Yes, I can tell my brain is healthier. I have Hashimoto&#8217;s Thyroiditis and symptoms include foggy brain, being bone tired even with lots of sleep, dysfunctional short term memory and bad long term memory. The thyroid runs the metabolism and my whole body gets confused. I had to develop habits so I didn&#8217;t lock myself out or get to work without shoes on. Thyroid is very tricky. Stress is the worst thing in the world for it, and stress is a constant in my job. I notice that my long term memory is much better. Even with things that I learned before Brain Wave Vibration. My equilibrium is better all around but especially in high stress situations. My ability to think, speak and act in stressful situations has changed completely. I¡¯m stronger, more committed, able to accomplish even more in shorter periods and, as a manager, that lets me find the time to plan ahead and accomplish goals easier and with better quality. In this day and age, that is worth any amount of pain and suffering. The funny thing is ? Brain Wave Vibration is fun. I do it in class. I do it at stop signs, I do it at home. I encourage everyone to do it. I listen to all music now and think ? hmmm this would be good to do Brain Wave Vibration to or not. And I can see past behaviors fading away ? procrastination, temper, impatience with people who think slower than me, inability to listen and act rather than react to be replaced with positive behaviors. I&#8217;m more able to get off the treadmill to interact with people. I&#8217;m less shy. I feel great even after 11 hours of work. I sleep better. In short ? I can hardly wait to see what I&#8217;ll be like in another 5 months!<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was such a worries-man. No matter what I did, I kept thinking about worries, problems, and dangers before anything else. For example, instead of choosing or enjoying the good side of something first, I looked at the bad side first instead and then acted from that perspective. Once I did that, I would start something good. But the excitement or joy was less than when I acted from a negative perspective. For instance, whenever I opened my email, I looked in the spam box first and then erased them. And then would read normal email with a comfortable mind ^_^. For long time, I didnot recognize how much my worries bothered me. There are always obstacles no matter what I do. And most of them can be overcome if I have a willingness to and a belief in myself. Now I&#8217;m starting to realize that as I repeat Brain Wave Vibration training. Since I started Brain Wave Vibration in the spring of 2008, it has been easier to keep my body and brain in good condition. I started to exercise every morning for about an hour doing Brain Wave Vibration, stretching, push-ups, etc. Now I think my energy sensibility has become much better. And it is easier to focus on my goals, get many ideas, and act on them. Especially taking action is more important to me. A few days ago, I had time to reflect on 2008 and I realized that at the beginning of every year, I&#8217;ve made a similar yearly plan. That means I did not carry out those plans and accomplish all of them. In order to change this old habit, I decided to do Brain Wave Vibration exercise and meditation every early morning. I already started two days ago. It&#8217;s working. I really appreciate Brain Wave Vibration for helping me change. I&#8217;m very excited about 2009<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been doing Brain Wave Vibration for a little over a year and almost every day for the past six months. Usually it helps me relax and clear my mind, allowing new ideas to pop up for things I should do. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m a fairly healthy person, but once in a while I get a headache or a cold and I hate to treat myself with medication. Instead, I use Brain Wave Vibration techniques such as the head nod method, whole body vibration, toe tapping, body tapping, or intestine exercises to clear the pain and sickness from my body. It is such a relief to feel my head and chest becoming clearer. It&#8217;s also a great opportunity for me to get in touch with myself again and see what&#8217;s going on inside. Too often I can pay so much attention to my work or to entertainment that I forget to look inside. But Brain Wave Vibration makes it easy.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Five years ago when I first experienced a Brain Wave Vibration class, I was a person in constant pain. My lower back was sore all the time and I had started to have such pain in both knees that I was forced to limp and hold onto furniture to get around. I had physical therapy, which helped the knees. I also had acupuncture which helped with the pain, but pain was always there and probably I was not much fun to be around. When I saw the instructor and the participants begin a vibration practice I thought ¡°Looks easy! You can do pretty much what you want,¡± and I got started. At the first shake I must say had some pain. Gradually my condition began to improve. Now when practice, I have fun! I feel so much better now! I can move my body so much better and although I still have moments when my back or knees hurt, it is not controlling my life like it used to. I do almost anything I want now. Actually because of this vibration class I do things I never thought I would do!</p>
<p>I would like to add that toe tapping and intestine exercises have also been a big help to me. I use toe tapping to help bring my energy down so I can sleep. Intestine Exercises also bring the energy down as I learned about one year ago after my husband was struck with a sudden and very serious illness. When he was getting out of the hospital, I began to feel sick. The MD said it was post traumatic stress syndrome. It felt like I was having a heart attack. When I calmed down enough, I remembered I have tools to help at times like those. I began to do intestine exercises and almost immediately my head started to clear, I lost the dizziness, and I was able to carry on and take care of my husband. I would recommend Brain Wave Vibration to everyone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I originally took an interest in the book titled &#8220;Brain Wave Vibration&#8221; by Ilchi Lee when my father-in-law had a stroke at the age of 83. I was determined to help him to return to a happy, healthy life. Through the lessons that were taught to me in my Brain Wave Vibration class and through information contained in the literature provided at the Dahn Yoga &#038; Healing Center in Alexandria, Virginia, I was able to better understand the mechanics of the brain and its relationship to the body.</p>
<p>Bringing the body and the mind back into a healthy balance is an important achievement for all mankind. Imbalances bring forth disease and emotional instability. Proper balance for the mind and the body provide people with health, happiness, and a sense of peace.</p>
<p>I am pleased to say that my father-in-law has returned to good health. Through my journey with Dahn Yoga, I was able to stimulate a natural healing ability within myself and a confidence in my path to being a better healer. After reading the book, I have taught myself how to manage stress. As I continue to practice the Brain Wave Vibration exercises, my natural physical vitality is returning and I am beginning to awaken the great creativity that lies within my heart and soul. I am a much happier person. I no longer feel the confusion and sadness that has haunted me in the past. It is a pleasure to see others heal and return to having a good healthy balance in their lives.<br />

I find that by doing Brain Wave Vibration in conjunction with total body vibration I am able to quickly bring the energy down to my lower body from my head. When I bring my attention to the movement of my head going from left to right and let my natural rhythm take over I can feel the thoughts leaving the front of my brain and the energy moving to my brain stem. It is a quick and simple way to quiet the mind!</p>

I was able to step back and see both fear and power inside of me. I could see the infinite potential and power I held and knew that I could choose how I wanted to live my life. I did Brain Wave Vibration training for 21 days and during that time I was happier and had a more positive outlook on life. I began to care for and about myself more, for example I asked myself what do I want and need more often. I gave myself more time, love and comfort. My thoughts were more positive and I was able to take control of them. I found myself more grounded during the day. In May I had the opportunity to do Brain Wave Vibration with Ilchi Lee. The experience was amazaing; I experienced so much peace and clarity. BWV helped me slow my racing thoughts and use my brain to create positive thoughts.<br />

<p>When I first started I thought &#8220;this is really weird, but fun.&#8221; So as time went on I was able to stop thinking and just enjoy the rhythm of my own body. Now I can sleep through the night and no longer need a bite guard. My appetite has changed, which was very unexpected. I don&#8217;t crave things and then binge like I use to do. When I do have a craving I thoroughly enjoy it and that is much more satisfying then over indulgence. I&#8217;ve been off medication for my stomach for 7 months. It only took 3 months for me to do that. My parents and Grandparents all suffered from the same stomach problems their whole lives. I thought I was destined for the same suffering. I have discovered the most wonderful natural cure in the world. And it&#8217;s so simple.</p>
<p>I used to get headaches for 3 days at a time and nothing I did or pain reliever I would take could make it go away. If I feel a headache coming on now, I know all I have to do is shake my head and tap my toes together for a few minutes and it goes away.</p>
<p>I think because my focus has gotten better, so has my memory. I can actually remember what I had for breakfast today and yesterday. I&#8217;m enjoying the benefits of being calm and relaxed all of the time. My teenagers can&#8217;t push me over the edge anymore, which has been puzzling for them. But they are also learning to relax and go with the flow.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve shared this technique with my friends and they have felt the calming effect it has.<br />
