Change self-image, negative habits

With Dahn Yoga, I have learned to change the way I think about myself and my situations. I am the author of my life but sometimes, the old, comfortable thoughts come back – she makes me so mad; he makes me feel bad about myself. Of course, only I can make myself feel anything.

Brain Wave Vibration is especially useful for changing these old habits. It’s so easy I can do it anywhere, anytime I need to. If I start to blame someone else for my feelings, I just take a minute, do a little brainwave vibration and let go of that bad information.

Quantum leap in quality of life

I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for over 5 years and have had a quantum leap in improvement of the experience of my life. I have used the principles from the Dahn Yoga Basics book in my work with psychotherapy patients and have seen them improve dramatically in their ability to grow through the issues they face.

Now with the new book, Brain Wave Vibration, I have a new tool in my work, and also in my personal life.
I felt this was a clear and easily read explanation of the principles underlying the benefits of vibrational exercises. Ilchi Lee used examples from many cultures that illustrate the universality of the awareness of these principles.

In my own life I am happy to have a simple, easy technique that doesn’t require a change of clothes, sweating, or a class to practice. It can be used at any time that you need the resetting of the brain. I use it when I feel myself getting emotionally caught up in a situation, or when I am beginning a project or interaction that needs a clear mind. I feel much calmer, less reactive and my auragram readings are maintaining balance between my healing sessions.

In my work, this technique will be easy for my clients to use and add to the other Dahn exercises I have assigned them, without feeling overwhelmed.

This book is a must read for any Dahn practitioner! It will keep you from taking yourself too seriously. It is so simple, anyone can get the benefits.

Found new way to solve problems

The biggest change that happened to me is I ran completely out of the limiting information that used to confine me. When I ran out of negative information, I sensed that something had changed in my brain. Since then, whenever I encounter a knotty problem, I try to get an answer through Brain Wave Vibration.

Calmly watch emotions

I suffered from depression and mood swings on a regular basis. I was carrying all the worries of the world upon my shoulders. Now, I can calmly watch the wave of such emotions coming and control myself during such an episode.

Negative feelings disappered

I am a cop. My workplace is the police station, where all sorts of conflicts between people happen. The environment is always discordant. When I get tired, my facial expression becomes just like my workplace. And then I feel even worse when I spit out words of frustration with a stern face.

The most stressful moments at my work are when I am misunderstood by people while I am trying to calm them down and make peace. Sometimes they insult me without any reason, which I take personally. Most of the time, I just let it go. But there are moments when I cannot take it any more. On days like that, I cannot rest well, even after I get off work. All the negativity and the hostile words linger in my head. I guess it is an occupational hazard.

I thought I would become seriously ill if I kept going on like that. Even before I learned Brain Wave Vibration, I started shaking my head left and right after I interrogated people. I think my neck and shoulders were trying to revive themselves of all that stress and stiffness. One day, a friend of mine introduced me to Brain Wave Vibration at a Dahn Yoga Center, and I could easily follow all the motions, as they were similar to the ones I used to do.

I didn’t notice a big difference at the beginning of the exercise, but I started feeling my head becoming clearer after about twenty minutes. As I rode on the rhythm of my body, all those negative feelings that were giving me a hard time completely disappeared. After I experienced this, whenever I felt unpleasant I started shaking the negativity off immediately by doing Brain Wave Vibration. I decided to delete my negative feelings right away.

In the beginning, it was not easy to do. But after I practiced several times, I could easily control my feelings by shaking my neck and body, even if just a little bit. Recently, I began to actively imagine what I wanted myself to be during Brain Wave Vibration. I visualize all the negativity and hostility from people being eliminated, which helps my body become even more refreshed and energized.

I still may feel upset at an accident scene, but I immediately practice Brain Wave Vibration on the way back in the patrol car. My method is to rub my hands together and stroke my head with my hands, and then delete those unpleasant feelings by shaking my head. When my fellow cops have a hard time thinking of difficult memories, I shout at them and laugh, “Delete it!”
