Insomnia, Acid Reflux, headache gone

When I first joined Dahn Yoga it was to improve my strength and health. I had been on medication for acid reflux for nearly 10 years. I wasn’t sleeping through the night and I would grind my teeth. Through BWV I was able to overcome all of it.

When I first started I thought “this is really weird, but fun.” So as time went on I was able to stop thinking and just enjoy the rythm of my own body. Now I can sleep through the night and no longer need a bite guard. My appetite has changed, which was very unexpected. I don’t crave things and then binge like I use to do. When I do have a craving I thoroughly enjoy it and that is much more satisfying then over indulgence. I’ve been off medication for my stomach for 7 months. It only took 3 months for me to do that. My parents and Grandparents all suffered from the same stomach problems their whole lives. I thought I was destined for the same suffering. I have discovered the most wonderful natural cure in the world. And it’s so simple.

I used to get headaches for 3 days at a time and nothing I did or pain reliever I would take could make it go away. If I feel a headache coming on now, I know all I have to do is shake my head and tap my toes together for a few minutes and it goes away.

I think because my focus has gotten better,  so has my memory. I can actually remember what I had for breakfast today and yesterday. I’m enjoying the benefits of being calm and relaxed all of the time. My teenagers can’t push me over the edge anymore, which has been puzzling for them. But they are also learning to relax and go with the flow.

I’ve shared this technique with my friends and they have felt the calming effect it has.

Forever greatful,

Quick return to relaxation

I would be happy to share my experience with brain wave vibration. I am able to quickly get to a state of relaxation by doing brain wave vibration. I find that by doing brain wave vibration in conjunction with total body vibration I am able to quickly bring the energy down to my lower body from my head. When I bring my attention to the movement of my head going from left to right and let my natural rhythm take over I can feel the thoughts leaving the front of my brain and the energy moving to my brain stem. It is a quick and simple way to quiet the mind!

Change self-image, negative habits

With Dahn Yoga, I have learned to change the way I think about myself and my situations. I am the author of my life but sometimes, the old, comfortable thoughts come back – she makes me so mad; he makes me feel bad about myself. Of course, only I can make myself feel anything.

Brain Wave Vibration is especially useful for changing these old habits. It’s so easy I can do it anywhere, anytime I need to. If I start to blame someone else for my feelings, I just take a minute, do a little brainwave vibration and let go of that bad information.

Miraculous power of return to basic rhythms

In this age of extreme complexities, it is refreshing to remember to go back to basics. Our urbanized lives marked by advanced technologies and busy schedules sometimes conceal the natural cosmic rhythms in which our bodies and souls are immersed. The practice of Brain Wave Vibration is a simple way to restore us to the Source and recover the natural flow of life. In his new book Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back Into the Rhythm of a Happy, Healthy Life, Ilchi Lee lays out the principles of the dance energy that moves and is moved by our minds, and returns to the ancient wisdom of the healing power of rhythm. The exercises included in the “Practice” section are easy to do anywhere and at any time, and are backed by the felt testimonies of practitioners who have benefited from them as the quality of their lives improved dramatically. As a Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration practitioner I can attest to the seeming miraculous power of these practices.

Quantum leap in quality of life

I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for over 5 years and have had a quantum leap in improvement of the experience of my life. I have used the principles from the Dahn Yoga Basics book in my work with psychotherapy patients and have seen them improve dramatically in their ability to grow through the issues they face.

Now with the new book, Brain Wave Vibration, I have a new tool in my work, and also in my personal life.
I felt this was a clear and easily read explanation of the principles underlying the benefits of vibrational exercises. Ilchi Lee used examples from many cultures that illustrate the universality of the awareness of these principles.

In my own life I am happy to have a simple, easy technique that doesn’t require a change of clothes, sweating, or a class to practice. It can be used at any time that you need the resetting of the brain. I use it when I feel myself getting emotionally caught up in a situation, or when I am beginning a project or interaction that needs a clear mind. I feel much calmer, less reactive and my auragram readings are maintaining balance between my healing sessions.

In my work, this technique will be easy for my clients to use and add to the other Dahn exercises I have assigned them, without feeling overwhelmed.

This book is a must read for any Dahn practitioner! It will keep you from taking yourself too seriously. It is so simple, anyone can get the benefits.

Meditation brings answers through calm insight

The ten minutes of Brain Wave Vibration in the morning is my time to communicate with myself. It is a time of meditation, free from all emotions and all thoughts. Once the brain waves become steady, the worries and the personal problems disappear like melting snow. Once the mind becomes calm, the insight I need to solve problems kicks in. It is like finding the answers within me.

Found new way to solve problems

The biggest change that happened to me is I ran completely out of the limiting information that used to confine me. When I ran out of negative information, I sensed that something had changed in my brain. Since then, whenever I encounter a knotty problem, I try to get an answer through Brain Wave Vibration.
